Event Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets for HOPE Namma Machi concert (A Fundraiser for Cancer). Your purchase and attendance at the event are subject to these terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Ticket Purchase
1.1 Tickets are available for purchase online or at selected representatives.
1.2 All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except as required by law.
1.3 Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.
1.4 Reselling tickets is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by the event organizers.
2. Admission
2.1 HOPE Namma Machi concert is open to all ages, unless otherwise specified. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
2.2 A valid ticket is required for admission. Please keep your ticket safe, as duplicate tickets will not be issued.
2.3 The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees from the event for reasons including but not limited to public safety, security, or a violation of event policies.

- You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and up to date.
- We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
- For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the Ticket Buyer's registered email address.
- If you do not receive a booking confirmation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to contact us to clarify whether or not your order has been placed successfully. We will not be responsible for any costs or losses you incur if you assume that your order was or was not placed because you failed to receive an order confirmation.
- Each ticket comes with a Unique QR code which will be validated upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share with others to prevent forgery.
- All sales are final. Strictly no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once your booking is confirmed.
- Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.
- All other ticketing, venue & event entry terms & conditions apply.
- The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers that the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.
3. Event Policies
3.1 Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards others. Disorderly conduct or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
3.2 Smoking, vaping & alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the venue (Main Hall).
3.3 Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
3.4 Attendees may be subject to bag checks and security screenings upon entry.
3. 5 Possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances or dangerous tools or equipment is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the event, and appropriate legal action will be taken.
3.6 The event organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 HOPE Namma Machi concert organizers are committed to providing all attendees a safe and enjoyable environment.
4.2 Attendees are required to adhere to all health and safety measures in place at the event, including mask-wearing, social distancing, and any other guidelines as mandated by public health authorities, if deemed necessary.
5. Artist Lineup
5.1 The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the artist lineup, schedule, or other elements of the event as necessary.
5.2 No refunds will be provided if there are changes to the lineup or schedule.
6. Photography and Recording
6.1 Photography, audio recording, and video recording are allowed.
6.2 By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or archival purposes.
7. Liability and Waiver
7.1 Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with their attendance at HOPE Namma Machi , and they release the event organizers, performers, and venue from any liability for any loss, injury, or damage.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 HOPE Namma Machi concert may be subject to cancellation, postponement, or changes due to circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
