Unity Colour Run 2.0 Terms and Conditions
*1. Introduction:*
- The Unity Colour Run 2.0 is organized by Exco Kebajikan dan Kerohanian, Persatuan Mahasiswa Sabah, Universiti Malaya on 18 Mei 2024 at Gazebo, Kompleks Perdana Siswa, Universiti Malaya.
*2. Registration:*
- Participants must register online at Ticket2u and pay the registration fee with a bank qr scan or through a bank account.
- Late registration can be accepted at the organizer's discretion, subject to availability (2 weeks before the event).
*3. Attendance:*
- The Event is open to individuals of all ages.
- This event is open to individuals of all ages.
- Participants under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian's permission to participate.
- It is ensured that the participants have a good level of health
- All participants must pick up their race kit at the designated location and time prior to the Event.
If there are participants who want to pick up a race kit on the day of the event, they can contact the organization in advance.
*4. Code of Conduct:*
- Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards others.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification from the Event.
- Participants must follow the instructions of event staff and volunteers at all times.
- Wear appropriate clothing.
*5. Liability and Responsibilities:*
- Any injury, loss or damage to property experienced during the event can be reported to the organisers.
- Participants are asked to maintain cleanliness (Do not litter everywhere)
*6. Photography and Videography:*
- Participants agree to use their likeness in photographs, videos and other media captured during the Event for promotional purposes.
*7. Cancellation and Refunds:*
- In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to bad weather or safety concerns, the registration fee will not be refunded either.
*8. Changes to Events:*
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule of events, routes or activities if necessary.
- Participants will be notified of any significant changes through the Event Whatsapp Group.
*9. Privacy Policy:*
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the Event.
- Participant data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
