2. I acknowledge that every registration has a unique QR code. Thus, I am not to forward my unique QR code to another person.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• You will receive your e-ticket via your email upon successful registration.
• Remember to save your e-ticket for entry at Mega Star Arena, Sungei Wang Plaza on 7th July.
• Do note your seat will be RELEASED once service starts. Come early on the event day.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

• For ticket cancellation, proceed to http://tiny.cc/returnticket
• QR code of cancelled tickets will not work anymore on Event Day.

PRIVACY DECLARATION

• I understand and accept that SIBKL Church may collect and use information from my registration to provide me services and support during Event Day.
• I consent to my personal details being used for the promotion of future SIBKL Church events and products.
