The 50-acre Langkawi Nature Park offers various activities and programs and the listings on this  page highlights the activities in our 35-acre Mangrove Sanctuary, which features an 800m  elevated boardwalk down the spine of the sanctuary. 

Visitors may expect to encounter primates, a variety of birds and marine life (subject to tides).

• Lunch. Lunch features a fish and calamari combo served by Scarborough Fish & Chips, a  local favorite establish on Langkawi in 2007 

• Tea. Teatime favorites will include satay, pisang goreng (banana fritters) and other local  delicacies of Langkawi (and Malaysia).  

• BBQ. Dinner will feature seasonal variety of seafood including prawns, crabs and but not  limited to calamari. Rice/noodle dishes and greens will complete the spread. Chicken and  other means.

• Mangrove Seedlings. Guests may request planting mangrove propagules (minimum 6  shoots) or planted by the team at a date determined by the team at LNP.

Advisory  

1. Guests are advised to dress in light, casual clothing.  

2. Unless guests are keen on mangrove planting, no heavy-duty outer wear or shoes are  needed;  

3. Should you feel the need to, do bring your own mosquito repellent;  

4. Each guided session in the mangrove can last between 60 and 90 minutes;

5. The Park operation hours are from 12:00NN to 10:00PM but please refer to recommended  times for each program.

Park Terms & Conditions 

 1. The sale of Entry Tickets to Langkawi Nature Park is open to all but purchases for minors  must be completed by minor’s parents or guardians;  

2. These tickets are valid for one (1) entry per e-Pass on the day of the booking. Flexibility of  seven (7) days is accorded to entry tickets without dining options; 

3. Please note e-Passes are not transferable;  

4. Discounts, if any, offered to e-Pass purchases may not be used in combination with any  other promotion at the Park;  

5. All purchases are final and no cancellation, amendments or refunds shall be entertained;  

6. Guests enter Langkawi Nature Park at their own risk. Langkawi Nature Park shall not be  liable for any injury, death or loss/damage to personal property. In case of any injury, death,  or loss/damage of property, any assistance provided by Langkawi Nature Park and/or its  staff/agents shall be on a compassionate basis only and that the provision of such assistance  shall not tantamount to an admission of guilt;  

7. Guests found trespassing into prohibited areas will be ejected and have their tickets and/or  annual passes cancelled without refund;  

8. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice and upon completion of  each purchase, purchasers are deemed to have fully read and accepted the Park Terms &  Conditions listed above.
