To Enter the Competition

1. Kindly Fill out the registration form with the required details. Should you encounter any submission difficulty, please contact +60173612003 (CarHao).
2. Registration officially starts on 21th May 2024. Registration is on first-come, first-verify basis. 
3. All participants must complete the online registration form available on the competition website.
4. Every submission is FINAL; Kindly ensure all details provided are complete & accurate. Incomplete & Inaccurate submissions will be DISQUALIFIED.
5. An acknowledgment email will be sent to the participant within THREE (3) working days of registration submission, confirming your participation in the competition.

2. 注册于2024年5月21日正式开始。注册采用先到先核实的原则。
3. 所有参与者必须完成比赛网站上的注册表格。
4.  每次提交均为最终提交；请确保所提供的所有详细信息完整且准确。不完整或不准确的提交将被取消资格。
5. 在提交注册后的三个工作日内，参与者将收到确认参赛的确认电子邮件。

Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must be 16-35 years old.
2. This competition is open to individuals/groups.
3. Maximum of 2 people in a group.
4. The Loudspeaker membership is only available to users who do not have membership at the moment.
5. A refundable registration deposit of RM50 must be paid at the time of registration.
6. Each participant/group must submit 1-2 song accompaniments in MP3 format.
7. Songs must be in Chinese or English only.
8. Submission can be original songs or covers. 
9. Songs cannot exceed 5 minutes.
10. Submission must be free from any explicit or offensive content.
11. Entries will be judged based on vocal talent, stage presence, creativity, and overall performance. 
12. An online Preliminary Selection Stage will be held to choose the participants shortlisted for the Finals.
13. Judges’ decisions are final and binding. 
14. By submitting an entry, participants grant “Singing Out Loud Challenge” the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and performance for promotional purposes without further compensation. 
15. Participants retain ownership rights to their songs. 
16. Participants found in violation of the competition rules or engaging in any form of cheating will be disqualified.
17. “Singing Out Loud Challenge” reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
18. Participants are responsible for all expenses related to their participation in the competition.
19. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined herein.

参赛规则

1. 参与者必须年满16至35岁。 
2. 本次比赛对个人和团体开放。 
3. 团体最多2个人。
4. 大嘴叭会员仅有效于当前没有会员的用户。
5. 报名时需支付RM50的可退还注册押金。 
6. 每位参与者/团体必须提交1-2首MP3格式的歌曲伴奏。 
7. 歌曲必须仅为中文或英文。 
8. 歌曲不能超过5分钟。 
9. 提交的歌曲可以是原创或翻唱歌曲。 
10. 提交的歌曲不得包含任何露骨或冒犯性内容。 
11. 参赛作品将根据歌唱才华、舞台表现力、创意和整体表演进行评判。 
12. 本届大赛将会举办线上预选赛，并选拔出晋级选手进入决赛。 
13. 评委的决定为最终决定。 
14. 通过提交参赛作品，参与者授予“唱叭!”歌唱比赛 使用其姓名、肖像、声音和表演用于宣传目的的权利，且无需进一步补偿。 
15. 参与者保留其歌曲的所有权利。 
16. 发现违反比赛规则或从事任何形式作弊的参与者将被取消资格。 
17. 如遇不可预见的情况，“唱叭!”歌唱比赛 保留取消、修改或暂停比赛的权利。 
18. 参与者自行承担与比赛相关的所有费用。 
19. 通过参加比赛，参与者同意遵守本文所列的所有条款和条件。
