1. No refund will be given due to inclement weather. Please check the weather forecast before purchasing tickets online.
2. All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Not valid with any other ongoing offers, discounts, events, and/or promotion.
4. No show forfeit E-Ticket.
5. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
6. Children at the age of 12 years and below are to be accompanied by an adult of 18 years old and above.
7. Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
8. We recommend you use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
