1. Pinkfish Merchandise can be purchased at www.pinkfishfestival.com.

2. This online purchase is only available until stock is sold out based on a first-come-first-serve policy.

3. This sale is only available for delivery in Malaysia.

4. Delivery will be within 7 to 21 working days from the day the order is placed.

5. The shipping fee will be RM10 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM20 for East Malaysia.

6. The price of the merchandise is not inclusive of the processing fee. All prices are subject to a 5% processing fee.

7. Purchased items are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

8. The sizes and quantities pre-selected upon purchase are final, no exchanges are allowed.

9. Please include full details as requested when placing an order. Missing information will not be accepted.

10. For defective products, please email within 2 days of receiving the product(s). Any inquiries after the stipulated time will not be entertained.

12. The Organisers reserve the right to make changes to the product colour, design, details, size, quality & collection method without prior notice.
