Terms and Conditions for Gala Night
Date and Venue
- The Gala Night with Anuar Zain, Douglas Lim & Nisa will be held on 3rd August 2024 at The Pullman Hotel. Doors will open at 8pm, and the event will commence at 8.45pm.
Ticket Purchase and Entry
- All attendees must purchase a valid ticket to enter the event. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Entry is subject to possession of a valid ticket.
- Re-entry is not permitted. Once you exit the venue, you will not be allowed back in.
Conduct and Behavior
- Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any form of disruptive behavior, including but not limited to, harassment, violence, or intoxication, will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
- The use of illegal substances and carrying of weapons is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the authorities.
Photography and Videography
- Professional photography and videography are not allowed without prior written consent from the event organizers.
- Attendees may take personal photographs and videos, but flash photography and the use of recording devices that obstruct others' view are prohibited.
- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded by the event organizers and acknowledge that these photographs and recordings may be used for promotional purposes.
Dress Code
- Attendees are required to dress in semi-formal attire. This means dressing well and appropriately for a gala event.
- Examples of acceptable attire include dresses, dress shirts, blouses, dress pants, skirts, and blazers. Jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, and casual wear are not permitted.
The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone not adhering to the dress code.
Health and Safety
- The health and safety of our attendees is our top priority. Please adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the event staff.
- In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the event staff and proceed to the nearest exit in an orderly manner.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Liability
- The event organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the event.
- Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event.
Amendments and Cancellations
- The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, performers, and other details without prior notice.
- In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be issued in accordance with the event organizer's refund policy.
