a. The SSFHOME Mega Sale Roadshow (“Roadshow”) is open to all customers.

2. Roadshow dates and location:
a. The Roadshow will take place on specified dates and at designated locations as announced by SSFHOME.
b. SSFHOME reserves the right to modify or cancel the Roadshow dates and locations without prior notice.

3. Promotional Offers:
a. The Roadshow will feature exclusive discounts and promotional offers on a wide range of products.
b. All promotional offers are subject to availability and applicable terms specified by SSFHOME.

4. Mystery Gift:
a. The mystery gift is available exclusively to the first 100 customers of the SSFHOME Mega Sale Roadshow.
b. To be eligible for the mystery gift, customers must make a minimum spending of RM129 and above.
c. The mystery gift is limited in quantity and only available first come first serve basis.
d. The mystery gift if non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
e. SSFHOME’s decision on the distribution of the mystery gift is final.

5. Pricing and Payments:
a. Prices of products during the Roadshow are as marked and may differ from regular SSFHOME outlet prices.
b. Accepted payment methods include cash and credit cards. Any form of SSFHOME vouchers is not allowed at the Roadshow.

6. Product Return and Exchanges:
a. Returns and exchanges of items purchased during the Roadshow will be subject to SSFHOME’s standard return policy.
b. Clearance and discounted items may be non-refundable.
c. Proof of purchase is required for returns and exchanges.

7. Limitation of Liability:
a. SSFHOME will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused during the Roadshow, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or theft.
b. Participants attend the Roadshow at their own risk.

8. General Terms and Conditions:
a. SSFHOME reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
b. Refunds, returns, and exchanges of products are not allowed.
