Terms & Conditions – Malam Jabat Tangan (MJT)

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Malam Jabat Tangan (MJT), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Admission

• Entry is valid only with an official MJT ticket purchased through authorized channels.

• The event is strictly for university students and invited guests. Organizers may request a valid student ID or identification card at entry.

• Wristbands/tickets are non-transferable and must be worn at all times during the event.

2. Prohibited Items & Conduct

• Drugs, alcohol, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Any individual found in possession or under the influence will be denied entry or removed from the event without refund.

• Weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, or hazardous items are not allowed.

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless approved by the organizers.

• Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

3. Safety & Security

• Attendees must comply with all instructions from event staff, security personnel, and venue management.

• Bag checks and security screenings may be conducted at entry.

• The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

4. Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

• In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event.

5. Media & Photography

• By attending MJT, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and documentation purposes.

• Images and recordings may be used by the organizers across various media platforms without prior notice or compensation.

6. Refund & Ticket Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.

• The resale of tickets above face value is prohibited.

7. Acceptance of Terms

• Entry into the venue constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• The organizers reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
