Consent Form

Please read the following carefully before proceeding to the application form.

This Volunteer Agreement is a description of the arrangement between you (the volunteer), organizers and sponsors in relation to your voluntary work. The intention of this agreement is to assure you that we appreciate your efforts in volunteering with us and to indicate our commitment to do the best we can to make your experience with us a positive and rewarding one. The volunteer understands that the relationship is limited to a volunteer position and that no compensation is expected in return for services provided by the volunteer.

1. WAIVER AND RELEASE
The volunteer (s) release forever discharges and holds organizers or its sponsors harmless from any or all liabilities, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or equity, which arise or hereafter arises from the services that the volunteer(s) provided. The volunteer(s) understands that this release discharges organizers and it sponsors from any liability or claim from the volunteer(s) in the event of any bodily injury, illness, death or property damages that may arise whilst performing volunteer duties.

2. PHOTOGRAPHIC/MEDIA RELEASE
The volunteer(s) grants and conveys to organizers and it sponsors all rights, titles and interests in any and all photographs, videos or audio recordings of the volunteer(s) or any likeness made while providing the volunteer services.
