Each child ticket comes with 1 free accompanying adult. Additional adults must purchase an adult entry ticket at the counter.
Children under 2 years old must present IC / ID / passport for age verification. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry and ticket forfeiture.

Kiddytopia Terms & Conditions

I hereby agree to ensure that my children or any children under my care are supervised by myself at all times and do not behave in a manner which may cause danger or discomfort to themselves or others.

I therefore acknowledge that the responsibility to ensure safety of my children or any children under my care in the play centre shall rest safely on me.

The staff and management of Kiddytopia shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss whatsoever nature suffered by me and/or my children or any children under my care including but not limited to damage or loss of personal property.

I hereby agree that a penalty of RM20 will be charged for the error of changing diaper, urinate and vomit within Kiddytopia premise.

I hereby agree to register my personal data to send information and communication.

Ticket Validity: Tickets are typically valid for a one-day pass, allowing unlimited entry and exit on the same day. This flexibility lets you take breaks and re-enter the play area.

Ticket Pricing: Prices vary based on the day of the visit.

Refund & Exchange Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Make sure to select the correct date,type of ticket during your purchase and the body temperature must be below 38, no flu, coughing, fever & suspicious rashes, or otherwise the purchased tickets will be void.

Safety and Supervision: Parents or guardians are required to supervise their children at all times. Kiddytopia staff are available to ensure safety and cleanliness within the play area.

Processing Fee, Booking & Fast Lane Access:

A processing fee and booking fee is included in the total ticket price at checkout. In addition, customers who purchase tickets online will be entitled to access the fast lane upon redemption, ensuring a quicker and more convenient entry experience. However the fast lane will be fully ready by December 2024.

***Customer must bring their own socks or customer may purchase it online/offline.

***Kiddytopia reserves the right to deny entry to any customer if deemed necessary. This may include situations where a person is unwell,unhygienic,or displaying inappropriate behavior, In such cases, the safety and comfort of other guests are prioritized. If a guest is found to be unfit or unwell, their ticket will be refunded as a gesture of consideration.

***All purchase tickets will entitle one (1) adult free per one (1) child ticket. Any additional adults, need to pay RM10/pax at the counter.

***Children under 2 years old must present IC/ID, or passport for age verification. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in denial of entry and ticket forfeiture, or the standard rate for children aged 2 and above will be applied in accordance with our policy.
