3Q will be celebrating its 8th Anniversary on August 18th, 2024 and for the first time ever, the company wants to celebrate this with everyone and open its doors to the public, partnering with our amazing venue host, A Place Where (APW). There will be over 30 premium and homegrown Malaysian vendors (health, beauty, fashion and F&B) joining us together with workshops, immersive art installations and entertaining performances throughout the day.

SUSENJILAND 2024  - General terms and conditions and Attendance information

1. General Terms

1.1. By agreeing to attend the Up! Up! And away to SUSENJILAND event at A Place Where (APW) on 18 August 2024 (“the Event”), you, as a participant/partner or attendee agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2. The Event is organised by 3Q International ("The Organiser") together with its venue host, A Place Where (APW) and its participating partners (“Partners”).

2. Admission

2.1. Admission to the Event is free but subject to individual registration either via the Event microsite or prior to entering the Event at the registration counter.

2.2. Only the first 500 attendees (“Early Bird”) are required to register via the Event’s microsite in order to confirm their attendance to be eligible for the Exclusive Goodie bag. Once registration in the microsite is done and processed, a confirmation email attached with a QR code will be sent to the attendee's provided email address.

2.3. To process your registration (“Registration Service”), the attendee will be directed to a Registration Service provider webpage. Any information including personal data that the Participant provides to a Registration Service provider will be governed and processed pursuant to the Registration Service provider’s privacy notice available at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/PrivacyPolicy .

3. Early Bird attendees

3.1.  Early bird attendees are subjected to the same terms and conditions as regular registered attendees except for the exclusive Good Bag.

3.2. For the Early Bird attendees, no exchanges or transfers are permitted except as outlined herein. Early Bird registrations are non-transferable without prior consent from the Organiser and cannot be sold or exchanged.

3.3. The Organiser reserves the right to conclude the early bird period ahead of its schedule or extend it without notice.

4. Cancellation or changes to the Event

4.1. The Organiser may at its sole discretion and without liability to the attendees, make changes to the Event timings, schedule and/ or location. Any changes to the particulars of the Event will be notified to attendees as soon as reasonably practicable of any substitutions, postponement, or changes via the Participant's provided email address and via the Organiser’s official website.

5. Entry and Conduct

5.1. Attendees must present a valid registration confirmation upon entry to the Event.

5.2. In view that the Event is at the public venue, attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times during the Event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the Organiser may result in expulsion from the Event.

5.3. Alcohol may be served in certain marked sections of the Event by some Partners and shall be subject to regulations and strict religious/ age restrictions as mandated.

5.4. The Event is conducted in a venue where other third party F&B outlets and other commercial businesses operate, some of which may be a participating outlet/ partner of the Event and some may not. Information on this and the list of Partners is contained in the Event website.

6. Liability

6.1. The Organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the Event.

6.2. Attendees shall attend the Event at their own risk and hold harmless the Organiser from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from their attendance except when the Organiser is fully responsible for such damages or losses.

7. Privacy

7.1. All attendees acknowledges and agrees to the Organiser’s Personal Data Privacy Notice which can be found at Organiser’s official website, 3q.international in relation to the processing of personal data by the Organiser.

7.2. All attendees acknowledges and agrees that the Organiser may collect personal data directly from the attendees, or from third parties who provide services to the Organiser or from Partners of the Event.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. The Organiser reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to attendees and posted on the Organiser’s official website.
