Registration Fees (“Fee”) for the Tax Budget 2025 & Digital Conference (“Conference”)

  • The Fee shall be payable to WEZMART INTERNATIONAL BERHAD (“Organiser”)
  • At the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion, the Fee may include course materials, lunch or tea breaks, depending on the specific day of the Conference.
    • Individual Registration: Full payment shall be made at the point of online registration. 
    • Corporate Registration: Full payment shall be made within fourteen (14) working days from the date of the Invoice or seven (7) days before the Conference, whichever earlier. 
  • Access to the Conference will only be granted upon full payment as per the terms herein.


Payment Mode 

  • All payments must be made via online payment/electronic fund transfer or by cash or cheque. No other methods of payment will be accepted unless expressly authorized by the Organiser.


HRD Corp (claimable events only)

  • Full payment must be made to the Organiser as per the issued Invoice within fourteen (14) working days upon receipt of WEZMART’s notification or seven (7) days before the Conference. In the event the approved training fee is cancelled by HRD Corp due to non-compliance on the part of the participant, his/her employer or for any valid reasons stipulated by HRD Corp, no payment shall be refunded.
  • If employer has made payment prior to grant approval, a refund will be processed, subject to reimbursement received from HRD Corp. The refund shall be made upon receipt of the duly completed Employer’s EFT Form.
  • The participant is required to provide information and/or documents for the purpose of HRD Corp Claim within seven (7) working days from the date of WEZMART’s notification.


Cancellation

Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances, and no refunds will be provided for any fees paid.


Participant’s Classification and Information 

Category: Corporate/Individual 

  • The information regarding participant’s classification as Corporate/Individual provided shall be deemed true and final. No alteration will be allowed upon registration. 

Copyright 

All materials provided during the Conference are for informational purposes only and shall not be used, either in whole or in part, against any party under any circumstances. Participants are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any materials from the Conference without the prior written consent of the Organiser. All copyright and intellectual property rights in the materials produced and presented during the Conference shall remain vested in the party that produced such materials. The Organiser accepts no liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or use of the materials. Neither the Organiser, its committees, nor its staff shall be responsible or liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising in any way out of or in connection with any persons relying upon the materials provided during the Conference.


Data Protection 

By registering for the Conference, participants confirm that the information provided is true and accurate. Participants acknowledge and agree to the Organiser’s Privacy Notice as stated in their official website, and consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).


Participants further consent to the disclosure of their registration information to third-party partners for marketing and promotional purposes. The Organiser will manage personal data securely in compliance with the PDPA, and participants may withdraw their consent for marketing activities at any time by providing written notice to the Organiser.


Exclusion of Liability 

This Conference shall not constitute an endorsement of the speaker(s) by the Organiser and the Organiser shall not be liable for whatsoever circumstances for any actions, omissions, or engagements between the speaker(s) and the Conference’s participants. 


The content and discussions during the Conference, including any materials provided, shall not constitute legal advice or any other professional advice by the Organiser. Participants are encouraged to seek independent advice before relying on any information presented.


Disclaimer 

The Organiser reserves the right to change the speaker(s), date(s), time(s) or any aspect of the Conference or to cancel the Conference entirely due to circumstances beyond its control.
