Gamuda Land Wellness Festival 2024 (Gamuda Gardens)

Fitness Classes:

1. By purchasing the Tickets, the Ticket Purchaser (as defined below) is deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Ticket admission prices include participation in the Wellfest’ Activities as printed on the Ticket and access to and use and enjoyment of the Programme Venue(s) in which the relevant Wellfest’ Activities will be held at, and excludes food and beverages, merchandise, or photos or video entitlements unless otherwise explicitly stated on the Ticket.
3. Each Ticket is for a one (1) time use only (save as otherwise provided for on the Ticket) and allows the type(s) and number of persons as printed on the Ticket to participate in the Wellfest’ Activities.

Tesla Kids Driving Experience 

1. By purchasing the Tickets, the Ticket Purchaser is deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Tesla Kids Driving Experience at Gamuda Cove & Gamuda Gardens: 15-minute per session, including driving Tesla for kids and photo-taking for kids driving license.
3. Tesla Kids Driving Experience at twentyfive7: 10-minute per session, including driving Tesla for kids and 20 mins electric kids car ride at Pit Fun Ride. 
4. Tesla Kids Driving Experience at Horizon Hills: 15-minute per session, including driving Tesla for kids and photo-taking for kids driving license.
5. Children aged from 3 to 8 are eligible to use Tesla for Kids. The participants weight should be under 36.7 kg or 81lbs.
6. Gamuda Land & its appointed organiser has the right to reject the use of Tesla for Kids if the participant’s clothes or shoes are dangerous for driving.
7. Parents and children must follow the instruction from staff to enter and leave the track.
8. Parents must be present to supervise their children during driving. 
9. Participants and parents must follow staff’s instruction to stop any control when the session ends.
