Terms and Conditions for Kids' Workshop
1. Punctuality
1.1. Participants are required to arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
1.2. Late arrivals may not be admitted to the event.
2. Parental or Guardian Role
2.1. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event.
2.2. Parents or guardians must remain on the premises throughout the event.
2.3. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that the child is picked up promptly at the end of the event.
3. Safety
3.1. The organizer takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants.
3.2. Parents or guardians must inform the organizer of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that the child may have before the event.
3.3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to any child if it is deemed that their safety or the safety of others could be compromised.
3.4. All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the event staff at all times.
4. Disclaimers
4.1. The organizer is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
4.2. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
4.3. Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By participating, parents or guardians consent to the use of these images by the organizer.
4.4. The organizer is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the workshop.
5. Cancellation
5.1. If you need to cancel, kindly notify us as soon as possible so we can open up the spot for another participant.
6. Conduct
6.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants and event staff.
6.2. Any participant displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the event.
7. Non-Transferability
7.1. Registration for the event is non-transferable. The registered participant must be the one attending the workshop.
