Charity Concert Event Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to this charity concert event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.Health and Safety:

•Attendees must comply with all health and safety protocols as required by the event organizers and local health authorities. This may include, but is not limited to, temperature checks, wearing masks, and providing proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test if requested.

•If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, including fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, or have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with a contagious illness within the last 14 days, please refrain from attending the event.

2.Non-Refundable Policy:

•All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for tickets purchased in error or for any change of mind.

•If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events unless otherwise specified by the organizers.

3.Liability:

•The event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at the event. Attendance is at your own risk.

•By attending the event, you agree to release the organizers, sponsors, and venue from any claims related to accidents, incidents, or loss occurring during or after the event.

4.Ticket Transfer:

•Tickets are personal and may not be transferred, resold, or used for promotional purposes without the express permission of the event organizers. Any tickets found to be in breach of this condition may be canceled without refund.

5.Event Changes:

•The event program, including performers and schedule, is subject to change without notice. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event as necessary.

6.Photography and Recording:

•The event may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed and grant permission for your likeness to be used in future event promotions without compensation.

7.Prohibited Items:

•For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, certain items are prohibited at the event, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, and outside food and beverages. Security checks may be conducted at entry points.

8.Behavior:

•Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person behaving inappropriately, without refund.

9.Age Restrictions:

•Attendees under the age of 18 are required to have a consent form filled out by a parent or guardian on the day of the event. It is your responsibility to ensure the form is completed upon entry. Failure to provide the consent form may result in denial of entry without a refund.
