1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the participation in Ministry of Health Insights Into New Guidelines Workshop organized by Pharmaceutical Association of Malaysia (PhAMA)(hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer").

2. Registration and Payment

2.1. All participants must register for the event through the official registration at ticket2u.com.my 

2.2. Payment must be made in full prior to the event date. 

2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant who has not paid the registration fee in full.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

No refunds will be issued for cancellations however the organizer allow transfer of the participant in advance not less then 7-day before the event.

4. Event Changes

4.1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or speakers without prior notice. 

4.2. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

5. Conduct

5.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during the event. 

5.2. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

6. Liability

6.1. The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event. 

6.2. Participants are responsible for their own belongings and safety.

7. Photography and Recording

7.1. The Organizer may take photographs and record videos during the event for promotional purposes. 

7.2. By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed and recorded.

8. Data Protection

8.1. The Organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

8.2. Participants' contact information may be used for future communications about similar events.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia

9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
