In the essence of 樂聚出擊 Happy Reunion, this concert unites a spectrum of music styles that, while distinct, come together to celebrate a shared love of sound and connection. Through each act, we witness a “reunion” of genres and expressions that speaks to the power of music to bring people together in harmony.
Babychair
babychair is a trio band formed during the pandemic. Influenced by genres such as dream pop, indie pop and city pop, we aimed to make music that brings nostalgic and soothing vibes. We believe that we can be just like babies, imagine and create at our own freedom.
Colbie Ong
At the age of 22, she was awarded 1st runner-up with her first original song, on a TV aired talent competition "The Ultimate Song 2". The challenge song in the program "D2B" was also selected by Taiwanese singer-songwriter Evan Yo and was included in his album. In the same year, she signed to Superfun Entertainment as a singer songwriter. She then worked as a music production assistant for many TV talent competitions, and also as a music producer for singers such as Meisim Hoon and Lim Wensuen. More of her originals were also selected by singers such as Z-Chen, Meisim Hoon and Lim Wensuen. Other than being a musician, she is also a director. She had directed a Malaysia Chinese music documentary "The Equator, We Sing". The involvement she had in this documentary made Colbie find her way in music. She has also directed several MVs and various commercial advertisements. Through various types of creations, she has better mastered her own musical appearance and evolved her own style. At the end of 2020, the first solo full-length album "C for Cat" was released

In every performance, no time for silence leaves their mark in the world of their artistic rebellion, where silence is not an option.

Buddha Beat is a new form of modern spiritual music. Formed in 2018 by Cole Yew (Cheong), who experimented with blending traditional & modern music using the flute, rock & electronic music elements. Firmly believing in cultural integration & the creation of a new format through the fusion of diverse cultures, Cole Yew embarked on a journey of musical exploration with an experimental spirit.
