 Venue: Yakiniku Sizzle by YAKINIQUEST, Ground Floor (Gourmet Street) at Ground Floor | G-92
 Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
After your workout, indulge in a delicious lunch with Yuki Maomi at Yakiniku Sizzle by YAKINIQUEST! Enjoy premium dishes while chatting with Yuki in an intimate setting.

Terms & Conditions: Yuki Maomi 優木まおみ Pilates Lesson and Lunch Event

By registering for and participating in the Yuki Maomi Pilates Lesson and Lunch at LaLaport BBCC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

   • Participants must be 18 years or older to register for the event.
   • Registration is open to individuals in good health and able to participate in physical activities.
   • By registering, you acknowledge that you have no health conditions that may be aggravated by Pilates or physical exercise.
     
     

2. Registration & Payment

   • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Only 50 participants will be accepted for the Pilates Lesson and 16 participants for the Lunch with Yuki Maomi.
   • Registration fees are as follows:
     • RM100 per person for the Pilates Lesson.
     • RM150 per person for Lunch with Yuki Maomi.
   • Payment must be made in full upon registration to confirm your spot.
   • Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
     
     

3. Cancellations & Refunds

   • The event may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, health and safety concerns).
   • In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee.
   • No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations or no-shows.
     
     

4. Event Guidelines

   • Participants are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of each session (Pilates Lesson and Lunch).
   • Latecomers may not be admitted, and no refunds will be provided.
   • All participants must follow the instructions provided by the Pilates instructor and event staff for safety reasons.
   • Participants are advised to wear appropriate sports attire for the Pilates session.
   • Participants are advised to bring their own fitness mat.
     
     

5. Health and Safety

   • All participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the Pilates lesson.
   • The organizer will not be held liable for any injuries, health issues, or accidents that occur during the event.
   • If you feel unwell during the event, please notify event staff immediately.
     
     

6. Lunch Information

   • The lunch will be held at Yakiniku Sizzle by YAKINIQUEST, located on the Ground Floor | G-92 (Gourmet Street) of LaLaport BBCC.
   • The lunch is pork-free, but participants are responsible for notifying the restaurant staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
   • The organizer and restaurant are not responsible for any allergic reactions or food-related issues that arise during the event.
     
     

7. Photography & Media

   • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the Pilates session and lunch.
   • The organizer reserves the right to use any photos or videos for promotional purposes on social media, websites, or other marketing materials.
   • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event staff before the event begins.
     
     

8. Force Majeure

   • The organizer will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
     
     

9. Code of Conduct

   • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards Yuki Maomi, event staff, and fellow participants.
   • Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disruption during the event will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
     
     

10. Personal Data

    • By registering for this event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event registration and promotional purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
    • Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required for the event’s organization.
      
      

11. Modifications

    • The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
