1. Purchase Platform
   • All ticket purchases for the Fun Moments Bundle Deals must be made exclusively through the Ticket2U platform. No walk-in ticket purchases will be allowed.
2. Ticket Redemption
   • Upon successful purchase of tickets on Ticket2U, customers must present their e-ticket at the Information Counter located on the Ground Floor for physical ticket exchange.
   • Failure to redeem the e-ticket at the Information Counter will result in denial of entry to the participating tenant’s store.
3. Identification
   • Customers are required to present a valid form of identification (e.g., MyKad, passport, or driver's license) when redeeming their tickets at the Information Counter for verification purposes.
   • The name and IC number on the identification must match the name and IC number on the e-ticket. In the case of a discrepancy, LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to refuse redemption.
4. Non-Transferable
   • All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. Tickets cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another individual.
   • Any attempt to use a ticket by someone other than the original purchaser will result in ticket confiscation and denial of entry.
5. Validity
   • Tickets are valid only for for fourteen (14) days from the date of redemption. Requests to change the date of visit are subject to LaLaport BBCC’s discretion and availability.
   • Tickets are valid for a single entry only. Re-entry into the participating store will not be permitted.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
   • No refunds will be provided for any tickets purchased, including those not redeemed on the selected date.
   • In the event of unforeseen emergencies, customers may reschedule their visit, subject to availability.
7. Age and Height Restrictions
   • Certain activities or entry may have specific age, height, and health restrictions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they meet these requirements before purchasing tickets.
8. Health & Safety
   • LaLaport BBCC and/or participating tenants reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unfit for participation in certain activities for health or safety reasons.
   • Customers are responsible for adhering to all safety rules and guidelines, and failure to comply may result in removal from the participating tenant’s store without a refund.
9. Amendments to Terms
   • LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated through LaLaport BBCC's official channels.
