Skydeck Bloomsvale: Tickets & Admissions Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Skydeck Bloomsvale “SB”, an iconic attraction at Jalan Puchong, Kuala Lumpur, featuring Level 62 and Level 63’s Sky Deck (the “Attractions”). To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we have established the following terms and conditions that apply to the purchase and use of tickets. By purchasing a ticket or visiting the Sky Deck, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
1. Ticket Validity and Usage
- Each ticket is valid for a single entry to Level 62 and Level 63’s Skydeck only. The ticket grants access for one person on the specific date printed on the ticket.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes tickets purchased in advance or on-site, regardless of the reason for refusal of admission or relinquishment.
2. Ticket Refunds and Exchanges
- SB reserves the right to refuse or grant refunds or ticket exchanges at its sole discretion. Refunds due to adverse weather or similar conditions will not be entertained.
- Exceptions may be made by the management, but these will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Admission and Identification
- Visitors must present proof of identification at the time of registration and check-in.
- Admission is free for children below 3 years of age. All other visitors, regardless of age, require a ticket.
4. Children and Guardianship
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during their visit to Skydeck Bloomsvale. The accompanying guardian is responsible for ensuring that minors adhere to all applicable terms and conditions. Skydeck Bloomsvale will not be held liable for any incidents or issues arising from the supervision of minors.
5. Prohibited Items and Activities
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed within Skydeck Bloomsvale.
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and chewing gum, is strictly prohibited.
- Engaging in disruptive or unlawful activities, including unauthorized photography or filming for commercial purposes, is prohibited.
- Weapons, hazardous materials, and pets (except for certified service animals) are not allowed.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- The management reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or refuse admission at any time without prior notice. Visitors behaving indecently or causing disruption may be asked to leave without a refund.
7. Ticket Purchase
- Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets via the official website, where payment methods include Local Bank Transfers (FPX), VISA, and MASTERCARD (local and international). Ensure that your card has 3D Secure enabled for international transactions.
- Once payment is confirmed, visitors will receive a confirmation and e-Ticket with a QR code via SMS and email from RAZER Pay and Ticket2U. The QR code is required for check-in.
8. Resale and Commercial Use
- Tickets cannot be resold or used for commercial promotions unless expressly authorized by Skydeck Bloomsvale. Any unauthorized resale or promotional use may result in cancellation without refund, and the holder may be refused entry.
9. Safety and Conduct
- Visitors must follow all posted signs and instructions provided by staff to ensure a safe experience. Skydeck Bloomsvale reserves the right to close or restrict access to attractions in the event of technical, weather-related, or safety concerns.
- In the case of a full or partial closure of the attraction, substitute tickets for an alternative date may be provided at Skydeck Bloomsvale’s discretion.
10. Liability and Risk
- By entering the Sky Deck, visitors acknowledge that certain activities may carry inherent risks. Visitors agree to assume responsibility for their own safety and well-being while participating in any activities or attractions.
- Skydeck Bloomsvale will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the visit, except where required by law.
11. Personal Property
- Visitors are responsible for their own belongings. Skydeck Bloomsvale does not assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, or stolen items.
12. Photography and Videography
- Visitors are welcome to take photographs and videos for personal use, unless otherwise prohibited. By entering the attraction, visitors consent to the use of their images in any Skydeck Bloomsvale promotional material, including the website and social media.
13. Right of Admission
- Skydeck Bloomsvale reserves the right to refuse admission or remove visitors for inappropriate behavior, including, but not limited to, acts of violence, harassment, or actions that disturb other guests.
14. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from a visit to Skydeck Bloomsvale will be subject to Malaysian jurisdiction.
Prohibited Activities at Skydeck Bloomsvale
Visitors to Skydeck Bloomsvale must only engage in lawful activities. The following are prohibited:
- Violating local, national, or international laws.
- Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful actions.
- Selling or offering goods or services.
- Distributing unauthorized advertisements or solicitations.
- Displaying flags, banners, or signs.
- Playing music or sound publicly (except with personal earphones).
- Bringing outside food and drinks.
- Causing discomfort, inciting crowds, or conducting unauthorized demonstrations.
- Taking commercial photographs or videos without prior consent.
- Smoking, chewing gum, alcohol consumption or using electronic cigarettes.
- Bringing pets (except for certified service animals), weapons, hazardous items, or transport devices (except wheelchairs).
These rules ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

- Inherent Risks: Skydeck Bloomsvale offers a self-guided experience, and the level of risk associated with any activity may vary depending on the participant's actions and behaviour. Consequently, certain risks are inherent in such activities. By entering Skydeck Bloomsvale and its Attractions, you acknowledge and agree to these risks and commit to taking appropriate precautions to mitigate them.
- Right to Refuse Entry: Skydeck Bloomsvale reserves the right to deny entry, remove, or ban any visitor from the Attractions without refund if their behaviour threatens the safety or enjoyment of other guests or staff. This includes those displaying inappropriate, offensive, aggressive, or disruptive conduct, which may disturb the peace or provoke conflict.
- Operational Changes & Weather Conditions: While we aim to keep the Attractions open, Skydeck Bloomsvale may alter operating hours or close Attractions without prior notice due to technical issues, capacity limits, weather conditions, special events, or safety concerns. Certain areas of the Skydeck are open-air, and due to its proximity to the sky, any signs of rain, lightning, or thunderstorms may lead to the temporary closure of open-air sections. In such cases, substitute tickets may be offered for an alternative date, but no other compensation will be provided.
- Limited Responsibility: Although Skydeck Bloomsvale is suitable for families and children, Skydeck Bloomsvale assumes no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death (including emotional distress or inconvenience) that may occur at Skydeck Bloomsvale.
- Personal Belongings: Visitors are reminded to take care of their belongings at all times. Skydeck Bloomsvale is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items at Skydeck Bloomsvale.
- Photography and Videography: Skydeck Bloomsvale frequently captures photos and videos of its guests for promotional use. Unless specifically prohibited, visitors are allowed to take personal photos and recordings within the Attractions for private purposes only. By entering the tower, you consent to the use of your images on Skydeck Bloomsvale’s website, social media, and other media platforms.
- Online Ticketing: The online ticketing system is provided as an alternative method to purchase tickets for the Attractions. Skydeck Bloomsvale makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the website or any content, products, or services offered. Skydeck Bloomsvale is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of this platform.
- Ticket Conditions: Skydeck Bloomsvale reserves the right to remove or expel any ticket holder from the premises without refund if it is determined that the individual has violated, or is attempting to violate, the terms and conditions of the ticket, including restrictions on unauthorized resale.
