Every restaurant will come together in full force to serve their unique cuisines in a safari concept—all in one place. Enjoy over 50 wines available for tasting (with an entitlement of 4 glasses per person), curated cocktails and mocktails by Tamarind Springs (with an entitlement of 2 glasses per person), as well as honey tasting, tuak tasting, and much more!

Additionally, four celebrity chefs from Thailand, Myanmar, and Cambodia will be specially invited to showcase their bespoke Mekong cuisine exclusively for this event.
Yasmin Yusuff will serve as the Master of Ceremonies for the night. Samadhi’s own Tamarind Apsara dancers will come alive with music and dance, transporting you to an enchanting realm in the mystical rainforest.
