RM20 per day/person (inclusive RM20 worth of F&B at WAKU WAKU Café)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entry Fee & Redemption: A RM20 entrance fee grants one (1) ticket redeemable at Waku Waku Café for food and beverages worth up to RM20.

2. Entry Limitations: Due to space constraints, health, and safety protocols, entry to the event grounds is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Free Entry: Only for children below the ages of 18 years of age.

4. Non-Refundable Tickets: Entry tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Security Checks: Attendees agree to comply with age verifications, as well as bag and body checks conducted by authorized personnel. Refusal to adhere to these checks may result in denied entry.

6. Prohibited Items: Drugs, weapons, and any items considered dangerous or illegal are strictly prohibited. Food and drinks purchased outside of the event premises are also not allowed within the venue.

7. Vouchers & Tokens: Vouchers and/or tokens distributed during the event are available on a first-come, first-served basis, are non-redeemable for cash, and are valid only during the event.

8. Daily Entry Wristbands: RM20 wristbands are valid for single-day entry only. Wristbands are non-transferable and non-refundable.

9. Personal Responsibility: Attendance and participation at this event are at the sole responsibility of each individual. Attendees agree to indemnify the organizer and its affiliated partners or agencies against any risks, injuries, or losses incurred.

10. Use of Imagery: The organizer and its partners reserve the right to use images, videos, and photographs of attendees for marketing and advertising purposes.

11. Responsibility & Liability: By entering and using our club facilities, attendees accept full responsibility for their actions. The club is not liable for any incidents or damages. Please keep personal belongings secure, as the club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

12. Event Changes: The organizer reserves the right to modify or amend the event without prior notice.

13. Event Postponement or Cancellation: The organizer is not liable for any delays, postponements, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

14. Right to Refuse Admission: The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any individual for any reason, including disorderly behaviour, damage to the venue, or actions that may harm the public or property within the venue.
