Parasailing Guest Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Availability

   • Time Slots: Parasailing operates daily from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm in 1-hour slots. Each session includes approximately 10 minutes in the air.
   • Advance Booking: Please book at least 1 hour in advance to secure your slot.

2. Payment Policy

   • Full Payment: Payment is required in full before the activity begins. 

3. Health & Safety Requirements

   • Age Requirements: 12 years old and above
   • Weight Limit: Participants must weigh between 40 kg and 120 kg.
   • General Health: Participants should be in good health with no serious medical conditions.

4. Weather Conditions

   • Safety First: Parasailing is weather-dependent. If conditions are deemed unsafe by our professional team, your session will be rescheduled, or a full refund will be provided.

5. Cancellation Policy

   • No-Shows/Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Attire & Equipment

   • What to Wear: Comfortable swimwear or quick-dry clothing is recommended.
   • Footwear: Barefoot is preferred, or wear secure water shoes.
   • Provided Gear: Life jackets and harnesses are provided and must be worn at all times.
