"STEM Explorace" is an engaging and interactive group activity designed to immerse participants in the world of STEM. It involves a hands-on exploration that combines elements of a race or challenge with STEM-related tasks, activities, and puzzles.

B. Build a Beacon Workshop – RM60/pax – max 10pax per session

Take Home: Beacon

Suitable for 10yo onwards

Participants construct a beacon, learning circuitry basics and STEM principles through practical engagement. Encourages teamwork as participants troubleshoot, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Thurs, 13^th February 2025 – 1pm to 3pm

D. Laser Cutting Workshop – RM80/pax – max 10pax per session

Take Home: Key Chain

Suitable for 10yo onwards

Participants Need to Bring Their Own Laptops.

Participants will unleash their creativity by designing products using Inkscape software The designs will be cut and engraved using the laser cutter for hands-on experience

Thurs, 13^th February 2025 – 2pm to 5pm

Participants must be present on time to start the workshop.

Note: We need a minimum 6 participants to conduct this workshop. If organisers have less than 6pax, the session will be cancelled. We will inform the participants within 48hrs prior to the scheduled session above if it is cancelled and fully refund the ticket price.

E. Soldering Experience Workshop – RM35/pax – max 100pax per session

Suitable for 10yo onwards

For those who are eager to learn about electronics and how to solder them, to create a functioning circuitry that they could also combine with their other products.

This workshop would utilize the soldering tool to teach the participants how to solder and unsolder a circuit, as well as any improvements that can be made to it.

F. Build a Catapult Workshop – RM50/pax – max 10pax per session

Participants engage in hands-on learning as they assemble a Catapult, exploring principles of mechanics and projectile motion. Foster innovation and problem-solving skills as participants customize and optimize their catapult designs, experimenting with launch angles and projectile types.

H. Plane Building Workshop – RM1,450/pax – max 5pax per session 3days – 10.30am to 4.30pm

H. Projective Geometry – A Masterclass with Sophie Montefiore – RM150/pax – Max 25pax per session

Join Sophia Montefiore for an exclusive series of Projective Geometry workshops in Malaysia. With over 30 years of Waldorf teaching experience, Sophia will guide participants through the profound principles of this unique art form, focusing on Spirals, Buds, and Vortex Forms. Explore drawing, construction, and color work in a creative and insightful way.

Participants must bring drawing & coloring materials, rulers, pencils & compass.

1. STEM School Holiday Program ticket is for one person only. Please show your Ticket2U E-ticket(QR) for the passport redemption at the registration counter on the event day.
2. STEM School Holiday Program Workshop fee is non refundable and  non transferable.
3. The Organizer shall have the right to amend the Program if deemed necessary.    
4. The Organizers shall have the right to postpone the event due to any unforeseen circumstances.
