IMPORTANT NOTE: There are charges for switching from non-peak to peak sessions in the event of incorrect purchases. No refunds will be given for switching from peak to non-peak sessions.

Terms & Conditions:

• No refund will be given due to inclement weather. Please check the weather forecast before purchasing tickets online. Last min booking is only accept by 48hours before departure
• Not valid with any other ongoing offers, discounts, events and/or promotion.
• NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGE DATE OR TRANSFER will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
• All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysian (RM). All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
• We recommend you to use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
• You may show your E-Ticket through mobile (QR code must be scannable) or print out with a clear QR code at the ticketing counter to redeem your entry wristband.
• Re-Entry Policy
  a. Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors’ wristbands will be removed upon exit. A new booking will be required for re-entry.
  b. All wristbands are only allowed entry only on the date of purchase.
  c. All tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Cancellation / “No Show” Charges
  a. Treetop Adventure Management reserves the right to impose charges on the total number of tickets reserved in the event of any last minute cancellation / “no show” on the day of arrival once a reservation has been confirmed.
• Additional Information
  • Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
  • Proper sports attire and sport shoes is a must.
  • Personal Safety Equipment and locker is provided.
  • Water station can be found at our premise. Please do bring your own water bottle.
  • Gloves are recommended. You may bring your own or purchase over the counter.
  • Fees may apply to participants who wish to upgrade their course or to utilise extra services.
  • In-case of price different from any other platform including Treetop Adventure, there will be no surcharge or refund.

  • The management of Treetop Adventure will take strict action against anyone found reselling Treetop Adventure tickets or wristbands
• Prohibitions & Limitations
• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
• Treetop Adventure Management reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete or add to the stated terms and conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Treetop Adventure Management has the right to amend the Terms & Condition without prior notice.
