FIF Kedah & Perlis is a fitness and bodybuilding community dedicated to promoting health, strength, and camaraderie among fitness enthusiasts in the northern region of Malaysia. We aim to inspire individuals to achieve their best physique through competitions and educational events.

Early Bird Registration Fees
(11 January – 11 May 2025):
1. First Category: RM 250

2. Second Category: RM 200

3. Third Category: RM 200 (Includes Free FIF Annual Membership)

Important Rules:
1. FIF Membership:
- All participants must be FIF members to qualify for the competition.
- If not already a member, participants must pay an additional membership fee of RM 100.

2. Tanning Preparation:
- All participants must prepare and apply their own tanning for the competition.
- The organizer does not provide tanning services.

3. Fees for Multiple Categories:
- The registration fees for one or two categories are as stated above.
- For participation in more than two categories (e.g., third and fourth categories), an additional fee of RM 200 will be charged per category.
