Terms and Conditions

• OKU and infants 4 years old and below are FREE Entry, kindly present your  NRIC (MKad)/Passport/OKU Card or any documents for verification to claim entry wristbands for Free at the counter.
• Entrance ticket only includes visit to mini zoo (animals & plants) and playground area.
• Accommodation, food & activities are not included.
• Age is determined by birth year, NOT birthday. 
• To ensure a smooth experience, it is important for customers to see the correct price based on every individual’s age (based on birth year). 
• Buyer/Customer must present Ticket2U e-tickets with MyKad /valid passport for validation during redemption at KLB GARDEN Ticketing Counter upon arrival.
• Upon successful registration, you will receive an attached Ticket2U e-ticket via your registered email address. If you did not receive a Ticket2U e-ticket, please check your spam/junk box.
• Kindly download and present Ticket2U e-ticket at the KLB GARDEN Ticketing Counter upon arrival to claim KLB GARDEN Voucher [wrist band(s)] and or complementary pack, if eligible. To promote environmental awareness, soft copy is acceptable and encouraged.
• Ticket2u e-ticket is not transferable to another individual.
• Cancellation / “No Show” Charges. KLB GARDEN management reserves the right to impose charges on the total number of tickets reserved in the  event of any last minute cancellation / “no show” on the day of arrival once a reservation has been  confirmed.
• If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the KLB GARDEN management has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the KLB GARDEN may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
• KLB GARDEN management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any exhibits due to maintenance or stop operations during adverse weather conditions due to safety concerns.
• KLB GARDEN management reserves the right, at its own discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
