Wild Wild Rose Musical will be organized at Mega Star Arena on 12 September 2015.

* “Wild Wild Rose”《野玫瑰之恋》, a musical produced by Perry Chiu Experimental Theatre and organized by Mega Ultimate. This musical will be grandly held on 12rd September 2015 (Sat), 8pm at Mega Star Arena. Ko Chi Sum as chief director in this musical.

* Wild Wild Rose Musical, it tells the story of the passionate nightclub singer Tang Sze Ka (Perry Chiu), nicknamed “The Wild Rose”, whose attempt to seduce the new piano player Leung Hon Wah (Zac Koo) turns sour when their relationship gets more complicated than they could both handle.

* Wild Wild Rose The Musical was adapted from the classic black and white movie《野玫瑰之恋》, of the same name produced in 1960 by Cathay, in turn adapted from Bizet’s opera “Camen”. Directed by Wang Tian Lin, the movie is a tale of seduction, love and betrayal between a sensuous singer and mediocre musician was considered a daring one in society then. Winning accolades worldwide, the movie was shortlisted as the best Chinese film of the past century. Staying true to the original plot and featuring widely popular songs from the movie, such as “卡门” (Carmen), “蝴蝶夫人” (Madame Butterfly), “说不出的快活” (Shuo Bu Chu De Kuai Huo), the Chinese musical is a colourful extravaganza capturing both the on-stage glamour and catching glimpses of the sorrow behind the nightclub entertainment scene.
