1. General

• Attendees’ seat positions are strictly based on first come first serve  regulation. 

• Attendees must comply with local laws and regulations. Failure to do so  can result in expulsion from the venue. 

2. Ticket Usage and Restrictions 

• Tickets cannot be transferred, resold or offered for resale at a premium,  used for or in connection with any form of commercial or trade  purposes (including but not limited to advertising, promotion, contest  or sweepstake), or used for or in connection with any charitable purposes, such circumstances being grounds for seizure and cancellation without refund or compensation and entry will be denied. 

3. Refunds 

• The Tickets are non-refundable. 

• No refund will be made under any circumstances including bands adding, withdrawing, rescheduling, or substituting. 

• Refund policies should be checked at the time of purchase.  

• Tickets Holders must keep the Tickets in good condition. Such Tickets  cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. 

• Tickets are not redeemable for cash. 

4. Entry and Exclusion 

• Each Ticket grants entry to one Ticket Holder only to gain admission  to the Event. 

• The Ticket only provides entry to the Event and not for any other  purposes.

• The Event Organiser may require identification matching of the name  of any Ticket Holder. 

• The Event Organiser have the right to refuse any entry, including but not limited to the following conditions:

  • Ticket is damaged, defaced or copied; 

  • Tickets not purchased from an authorised ticket platform; 

  • Presence of the attendee would be detrimental to or compromises safety at the Event; 

  • Attendees who refuse to be identification matching for inspection; 

  • Attendees who throw any item prohibited under clause 6. Prohibited Items within the Event venue; 

5. Safety and Behaviour 

• Attendees are required to

  • Comply with the directions or announcements from  Event Organiser’s crew and any other requirement safety given  by Event Organiser or authorities; 

  • Maintain safe, prudent and respectful behaviour always; 

  • Be responsible for his/her own personal items. The Event Organiser will not be responsible for any damage to, loss  or theft of a Patrons’ individual property 

• Attendees are attending the Event at his/her own risk, and voluntarily  assume all risks and danger incidental to the Event. The Event Organiser will not be responsible or accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss, accident, damage, personal injury, death, or health  problem (whether arising directly or indirectly from any existing  medical condition or otherwise) sustained at or after the Event. 

6. Prohibited Items 

• No weapons, sharp objects, or any items that could be used as a  weapon. 

• No illegal substances including controlled, dangerous or drugs. 

• No large bags or backpacks (typically, bags over a certain size, e.g., A4,  are not allowed). 

• No professional recording equipment or cameras with detachable  lenses (small, non-professional cameras may be allowed).

• No food and drink. 

• No laser pointers. 

• Other items determined by the Event Organiser that may cause injury  or public nuisance. 

7. Photographs and Image

• Personal photography might be allowed, but flash photography, tripods,  selfie sticks, and professional equipment typically are not.
