• Registration & Payment

  • Participants must complete the registration process and make full payment to secure a spot.
  • Early bird pricing (RM30) applies only to those who register and pay before the deadline. After that, the normal price (RM69) will be charged.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to another person by informing the organizer at least 48 hours before the event.

• Workshop Materials & Requirements

  • Participants are required to bring their own old shirts or t-shirts for upcycling. Other necessary materials and tools will be provided.
  • The workshop is beginner-friendly and requires no prior sewing experience.

• Punctuality & Attendance

  • The workshop starts promptly at 9:30 AM. Participants are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes early for registration and preparation.
  • Late arrivals may miss out on key instructions, and the session will proceed as scheduled.

• Health & Safety

  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors.
  • If you have any allergies or medical conditions that may affect participation, please inform the organizer in advance.

• Photography & Media Release

  • By attending the event, participants agree to allow the organizer to take photos/videos for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the team upon arrival.

• Workshop Conduct

  • Participants are expected to respect the instructors and fellow attendees.
  • Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

• Event Changes & Cancellation by Organizer

  • The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low participation, emergencies).
  • In such cases, registered participants will be offered a rescheduled date or credit for a future workshop.
