Terms and Conditions for Ticket Holders – APAC Wrestling Event

New Venue: ESI Grand Hall, Spacerubix, Puchong
New Start Time: 4:30 PM (doors open at 4:00 PM)

Meet and Greet: Will be held at the venue after the show - those with Ringside tickets can stay for opportunity, Standard tickets will need to leave the hall.

Admission:

• All ticket holders must present a valid ticket upon entry. No entry will be allowed without a valid ticket.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Meet and Greet:

• Meet and Greet sessions are limited in time to ensure all fans get a chance to interact with the APAC Wrestling Superstars.
• Please keep interactions brief—a short greeting and photo opportunity—to allow others the same experience.
• APAC Wrestling reserves the right to manage the Meet and Greet line to maintain the flow and schedule.

Filming and Content Creation:

• Live streaming at any point during the event is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught will be banned from future events.
• Full match recordings are not permitted and must not be uploaded to any platform.
• Personal recording for highlights and content is encouraged—please tag @apacwrestling when sharing.
• APAC Wrestling reserves the right to request removal of any content that violates these terms.

Code of Conduct:

• Attendees must behave respectfully toward other spectators, staff, and performers. Disruptive behavior, including physical or verbal abuse, may result in ejection without refund.
• APAC Wrestling reserves the right to refuse entry to intoxicated individuals or those under the influence of drugs.

Arena Rules:

• Under no circumstances are attendees allowed to touch, feel, peek underneath, or get on the wrestling ring. Violating this may result in removal from the event.
• Unauthorized entry into restricted areas will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.

Prohibited Items:

• Weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, and items deemed dangerous by security are prohibited.
• Professional recording equipment (e.g., DSLRs, video cameras) is not allowed without prior permission.
• Outside food and beverages may be restricted depending on venue policies.

Risk and Liability:

• Attending a live wrestling event involves inherent risks (e.g., loud noises, pyrotechnics). APAC Wrestling is not responsible for injuries or property loss unless due to negligence.

Event Changes:

• The event lineup, timing, and match card are subject to change without notice. APAC Wrestling reserves the right to alter the schedule.

Weather Policy:

• The event will proceed rain or shine unless weather conditions threaten safety. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified of rescheduling or cancellation procedures.

Health and Safety Guidelines:

• Ticket holders must follow all venue health and safety guidelines, including any COVID-19 protocols.

Age Restrictions:

• While our APAC Wrestling live pro wrestling shows are family friendly, Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Toddlers 6 years and below can enter without a ticket (but must be accompanied by one paying adult) - and must be seated on adult's lap - additional seats require a ticket.

Re-entry Policy:

• Re-entry may not be allowed once you leave the venue. Please check with event staff for specific policies.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions. APAC Wrestling reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individuals who do not comply.
