* This walk is open to all aged 5 years old and above, children below aged 12 years old must be accompanied and registered by parents or guardians. * Once registration has been duly processed, there will be no fee refund for participants who do not eventually take part in the Event for whatever reason. * The Organiser reserve the rights to limit and/or refuse entry without giving reason and notice. * All personal data provided by the participants shall only be used by Organiser and for the purposes of sending communication materials to the Participants. * The participant shall not participate in the walk, unless the participant is medically fit to do so. The participant accepts that the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise as a result of his /her participation in this walk.
