We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the upcoming International Halal Conference (IHC) in Osaka 2025. This year’s theme, “Halal Focus Asia: Propelling the Global Community,” will explore the evolving Halal ecosystem from the post-Covid era to the present day. The IHC Osaka 2025 will take place alongside the World Expo Osaka 2025, offering a unique opportunity to engage with the global Halal industry.

The conference invites original research submissions on various fields related to the Halal ecosystem, with a focus on interdisciplinary and theoretical perspectives. Accepted papers may be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals, depending on journal requirements.

1.Submission Deadlines

Abstract Submission Deadline: 11 April 2025 

Full Paper Submission: 11 August 2025 

Camera-ready Submission: 11 September 2025 

Late submissions may not be considered. 

2.Acceptance Notification

Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by 11 May 2025.

4.Fees Structure

Fees vary by registration time (early bird vs. normal) and type of participation (Scopus, non-Scopus, proceeding only, listener, or online). 

Additional fees may be charged separately by the Scopus-indexed journal. 

5.Publication Terms

Only selected papers will be considered for Scopus-indexed journal publication. 

Publication is subject to fulfillment of the journal requirements. 

6.Mode of Participation

Physical or online participation is available. 

Fees and access differ by participation type. 

7.Paper Insertion Only

“Proceeding Only” means insertion of paper into conference proceedings without presentation.
