Ticket2u.com.my is an Authorised 3rd Party Ticketing Partner for Great British Circus by Big Kid Entertainment (M) Sdn Bhd (the "Organiser). Tickets purchased on this website are subject to Ticket2U's own General Sales Condition and Ticket Disclaimer as well as the Terms & Conditions stated below:

1. Tickets are for free-seating arrangement (no numbered seats) according to the section purchased (VIP Lane 1, 2, 3, Hot Seats, Standard/Rear) and guests are seated on a first come first served basis. 

2. Please ensure your ticket is visible to be scanned.

3. If you are attending the event as a group, please make sure that all attendees are present together at the entrance.

4. Outside food/drinks are not allowed.

5. ALL purchases inside (food, souvenirs) are CASH ONLY.

6. If tickets show as Sold Out on Ticket2U, please contact Great British Circus' Ticket Office at 0194188553 to check for on-site availability.

7. Ages for the tickets are (by birth year):
   - Children: 3–12 years old
   - Adult: 13–60 years old

8. All children (under 12) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

9. Children under 3 years old (by birth year) are eligible for Free Entry. No seating is provided and will need to be seated on an accompanying adult's lap. Prams and buggies are not permitted in the seating areas and will need to be parked at the entrance.

10. Senior Citizens (61 years old onwards) are eligible for Children ticket prices. This can be booked at the specific Great British Circus venue Ticket Office only.

11. Disabled persons (w/ OKU Document) are eligible for Free Entry. This can be booked at the specific Great British Circus venue Ticket Office only.

12. This is a live entertainment show. Day to day circumstances may affect the arrangements of the show and individual performances available. The Organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice or obligation to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance.
