Whether you're training for your first marathon or looking to improve your race performance, this training program is built to guide you through each essential aspect of marathon preparation — all in just a few weeks.

2️⃣ Unlimited Group Sessions 

  • Access to all 6 sessions in May.

  • Best for those looking for a complete and progressive training journey.

  • Includes real-time correction, running form analysis, and personal feedback from Coach Lucky.

3️⃣ Personalised Training Plan (Online Option) 

Can’t make it to Bukit Jalil? We’ve got you covered.

  • Fully tailored online plan based on your current fitness level and race goal.

  • Weekly schedule includes easy runs, long runs, tempo, interval, and strength training.

  • Coach support via WhatsApp for regular feedback and plan adjustments.

  • Suitable for runners with busy schedules, living far from KL, or needing flexible training hours.


General Terms & Conditions

  1. Single Session Pass: You may attend any one session during the listed dates.

  2. Unlimited Pass: Sessions must be used within the program period (14–30 May 2025). No replacement for missed sessions.

  3. Non-Refundable: All payments are final.

  4. Non-Transferable: Packages are assigned to registered individuals only.

  5. Punctuality Required: Latecomers may miss key warm-ups or assessments.

  6. Coach May Adjust Plan: LGRA reserves the right to modify or reschedule sessions due to weather or venue constraints.

  7. Safety First: Please notify us of any injuries or medical conditions before training.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Single Session Pass
    If you register for 1 session only, you may attend any one of the available dates listed above. Please inform the team in advance to reserve your slot.

  2. Unlimited Session Pass
    If you register for the unlimited session package, you are entitled to join all sessions within the training period. However, no replacement or extension will be given for any missed or unused sessions after the expiry date.

  3. Non-Transferable
    All sessions are non-transferable. They are meant for the registered participant only and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.

  4. No Refund Policy
    Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or missed sessions.

  5. Advance Notice Required
    Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are attending a session to ensure proper slot allocation and arrangement.

  6. Session Changes or Cancellation
    LGRA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues). Participants will be informed in advance, and an alternative date may be arranged.

  7. Health & Safety
    All participants are advised to ensure they are in good health before joining. Please inform the coach of any injuries or medical conditions prior to the session.

  8. Punctuality
    Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss key warm-up exercises and risk injury.
