“Producing an excellent, glorious and distinguished society”. To realize this motto, we as the Youth, Sports and Recreation Bureau of JKKK Kg Bunga would like to organize a program based on sports and recreation known as the “Bung Sadung Trek Climbing Challenge 2025”. “Bung” means the peak of the mountain where climbers are required to reach the highest peak of Mount Sadung at an altitude of 728 meters above sea level. In an effort to introduce eco-tourism for the mountains in the Serian Division and encourage mountaineering activities among youth, JKKK Kg Bunga will organize the Bung Sadung Climbing Challenge program. This program is a mountain climbing competition according to the route set by the organizer in addition to leisurely trekking through the forest track through the ‘fun hike’ category.

1. I acknowledge that I fully aware of the hazards and dangers invested in the Bung Sadung Climbathon Challenge 2025 and hereby assume all risk involved in our participation in this event.

2.I hereby release, waive, discharge and comments not to sue the promoters, participants, organizers, ministry, agents, sponsors, representatives and officials, all for purposes reffered to as "Releases FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOST OR DAMAGE, ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFORE RELATED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

3.This agreement binds me, heirs, legatee, personal representatives and all these claiming through me.

4. I HEREBY AGREES TO FOLLOW ALL RULES SET FORTH IN THE BUNG SADUNG CLIMBATHON CHALLENGE 2025 RULES, and agree to abide by any penalty(s) set by the organizer.

5. I the undersigned have read and understood the rules of competition and do hereby agree here to: All the information particulars supplied by ourselves are true and if bound false we agree that organizers shall have the right to disqualify us from the competition.
