Huminodun: Muzikal Puteri Nabalu is an award-winning musical theatre production that brings to life the legendary tale of Huminodun, the sacred princess of the Kadazan-Dusun people of Sabah.

Winner of Best Musical Theatre 2022, along with Best Director, Best Actress, and Best Music at Anugerah Teater Malaysia, this production is celebrated for its powerful storytelling, captivating visuals, and emotionally moving performances.

For the first time ever, Huminodun will premiere in Kuala Lumpur, in conjunction with the Kaamatan (Harvest Festival) — a cultural celebration held every 31st May. This restaging promises a richer experience, featuring new collaborations with UPSI’s creative team, improved storyline and enhanced visual art direction. Join us as we honour tradition, identity, and the spirit of sacrifice through the magical world of musical theatre.

Admission: Open to audience aged 7 years old and above only.
