Important Attendee Information

• Commitment to Attend: Please only RSVP for a ticket if you are certain you can physically attend the event at the venue.

• Swag Collection: Only in-person attendees will be able to claim event swag during registration. This is on a first-come-first-serve basis, especially regarding T-shirt sizes.

• Ticket Policy: Your ticket is not refundable. However, you may transfer it to someone else who can attend. They will need to show the ticket with the QR code at the event.

• Event Swag Policy
  • Event swag is exclusively available for in-person attendees to claim during the designated registration period. We regret that no delivery requests can be accommodated.
  • Swag items are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • While we strive to offer a range of sizes, there is no guarantee for specific T-shirt sizes.
  • No reservations for swag items are permitted.
• Ticket Policy
  • All event tickets are non-refundable.
  • Tickets are transferable. To transfer a ticket, the new attendee must present the original ticket with its QR code for registration.
• Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. GDG George Town is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained during the event.
• All attendees are expected to adhere to a professional and respectful code of conduct. GDG George Town reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this code without a refund.
• By attending this event, you consent to be photographed and/or videotaped, and you grant [Your Organization Name] permission to use your likeness in promotional and marketing materials."
