Rules and Regulations 规则和条例：
1. Replacement of the team members are not allowed after submission. A Fee of RM20/pax to be occur for any change of player after registration done.
提交报名表格后不允许擅自更换队员。如要更换球员需缴付RM20费用（每个更换）
2. Players are required to wear the jersey provided throughout the tournament.
参赛球员必须在整个赛会中穿着所提供的球衣。
3. All participants will have to produce their IC or passport during the event day for technical reason when required.
所有参赛球员需在比赛当天出示身份证或护照以进行身份认证。
4. Any rough play or unsporting behavior before, during and after the game will not be tolerated and will results to immediate disqualification.
在比赛前、中和后的任何粗暴行为或违反体育精神行为都不被容忍，并将立即取消参赛资格。
7. The organizer reserves the rights to any decision made through the tournament and no damage shall be claimed from organizer or sponsors.
主办方有赛会中的所有决定权利；主办方或赞助商不会对赛会中的任何损害进行赔偿。
10. All participants hereby certify that they are physically fit and trained and are entering this competition at their own risk and responsibility and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the competition as determine by organizer as well as to release the organizer or any responsibility in the event of injury, death or lost of property incurred during, as a consequence of while travelling to or from the competition.
所有参赛球员在此证明身体健康且训练有素，并自愿承担参加此赛会的所有风险和责任，并同意遵守主办方拟定的比赛规则和规定，以及在比赛期间、往返比赛途中发生的伤害、死亡或财产损失的情况下免除主办方的责任。
11. All payments or registration fees are not refundable once payment is made.
一旦付款完成，所有付款将不予退还。
12. By submitting this entry form, terms and conditions above are clearly read and agreed to comply to the rules and regulations set by the organizer.
