Featuring original pieces inspired by your favorite animated classics and magical movie moments, this show is a celebration of wonder, adventure, and imagination – brought to life by the talents of the Siti Hasmah Symphony Orchestra, RenTak Dance Club, Theater Arts of Multimedia University (TAMU), and eBee Vocals.

Dress to impress! This is a semi-formal affair – think fancy, fun, and fabulous.

By purchasing a ticket to Once Upon A Stage: Where Dreams Come True, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.

1. Ticket Purchase & Delivery

• Each ticket admits one (1) person only, including those purchased as part of a bundle (e.g. 10-pax bundle = 10 individual tickets).
• All tickets will be sold online only and issued electronically via Ticket2U.
• Upon completing your purchase, an email containing your e-ticket(s) will be sent to the email address provided. Please check your Spam/Junk folder, especially if you are using a work or institutional email. It is recommended to use your personal email.
• If you do not receive your e-ticket(s), please contact [email protected] for assistance.
• All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once the transaction is confirmed.

2. Seating & Entry

• This event features free seating with no designated blocks or zones. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Doors open 30 minutes before the event begins. Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the organizer.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

3. Ticket Validity & Restrictions

• Tickets are non-transferable and reselling is strictly prohibited. Any ticket found to be resold will be rendered invalid.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances. 
• A valid Ticket2U-issued QR code must be presented for entry. You may display it on your mobile device or provide a printed copy.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder who does not present a valid and scannable QR code.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation

• The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or relocate the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The organizer may add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute performers, and/or modify the program, venue layout, seating arrangements, ticket pricing, or audience capacity without prior notice or compensation.
• In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. However, it remains the responsibility of the ticket holder to stay informed.
• Neither the organizer nor Ticket2U shall be held liable for any additional losses incurred, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.

5. Attire

• As this is a concert-theatre hybrid experience, attendees are encouraged to dress in semi-formal or cosplay attire.
• Costumes inspired by the show’s theme (e.g., fairy tale elements) are welcome, provided they are family-appropriate and do not obstruct the view or space of other audience members (e.g., no oversized headpieces or large accessories).
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any attendee deemed to be dressed inappropriately or offensively, at its sole discretion.

6. Code of Conduct & Safety

• All attendees must adhere to venue rules and behave respectfully toward performers, crew, and fellow audience members.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual who is disruptive, abusive, or intoxicated.
• Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the venue.

7. Prohibited Items

• No outside food or beverages are allowed.
• No dangerous or hazardous items (e.g., weapons, sharp objects, fireworks).
• No professional cameras or recording equipment are allowed unless explicitly authorized.

8. Photography & Media Consent

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for promotional purposes by the organizer.
• All media captured during the event becomes the property of the organizing committee and may be used for future marketing or archival purposes.

9. Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the event.
• Attendance is strictly at your own risk.
