Term & Condition:
- If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Syarikat Perusahaan Azam Travel Sdn Bhd has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Radak Adventure may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
- This WhiteWater Rafting experience is not suitable for kids below 10 years old.
- Participant are require to present their e-ticket(Printed/soft copy) confirmation & NRIC (MyKad) OR Passport at the counter for verification purpose.
- Confirmed registrations are transferable to any other persons.
- In case of any continuation of MCO, all activities will be rescheduled to some other dates. No refund will be given upon cancellation.
- Syarikat Perusahaan Azam Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any exhibits due to maintenance or stop operations during adverse weather conditions due to safety concerns.
- Syarikat Perusahaan Azam Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right, at its own discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Indemnity Form
Each participant is required to sign an indemnity form before the tour commences. The guide should clearly advise all participants of this form.
Requirement
Children aged below 10 years old are not permitted for white water rafting activity. However, a child although meeting the minimum age requirement may not allowed rafting subject to our absolute discretion. Pregnant women will be refused participation.
Minimum Participants
Two (2) persons for any two (2) activities. Three (3) persons for any single activity.
Reservation
Reservation should be made at least three (3) weeks before the tour commences.
Force Majeure (Act of God)
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, deemed to be beyond our control, making it is impossible or inadvisable to proceed with the tour, we reserve the right to change to another location or cancel it to our absolute discretion. In such eventuality, no resource or claims be made against us.
REMARKS
We shall use any photograph, voice or any electronic image taken of you during the event without any compensation and the client have no rights to ask for soft copy or hardcopy of the photos and videos unless pre-book for the content.
