These Terms and Conditions apply to Shenga Conventional Hall, PT 7, Off Jalan Ipoh, Pekan Lama Batu 7, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor (collectively referred to as "Hall"). The term "Ticket Holder" refers to individuals holding tickets for events at the Theatre. By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Holder agrees to the following conditions:

1. Tickets are valid only for the designated event, date, and time at the Hall. All tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-changeable, non-replaceable, and non-transferable.
2. The Hall management is not liable for any lost or damaged tickets.
3. Every guest must possess a valid ticket for entry. Admission is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.
4. Altering, defacing, or removing any part of a ticket may result in invalidation.
5. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party agents are deemed invalid.
6. Reselling tickets or using them for third-party promotions, advertisements, or commercial purposes without prior written approval from the management will result in immediate cancellation.
7. All tickets remain the property of the management and are granted as a personal, revocable license to the Ticket Holder.
8. Late arrivals may be admitted at the discretion of the Hall Manager, and only at an appropriate interval to minimize disruption to guests and performer.
