Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase

• Ticket must be purchased in advance via Ticket2U. 
• Ticket are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, or non-transferable under any circumstances. 
• To secure the seat, customer is required to pre-pay for the selected location.
• Valid ticket is required to enter the selected venue. Transfer of venue is not allowed. Please ensure you select the correct stores. 
• One (1) adult only allow to bring 1 kid aged below 12, extra kid will be required to purchase a ticket. 
• The ticket price is final (price is inclusive 6% Service Tax and 5% Service Charge, where applicable)  
•  Pizza Hut will not held responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, or destroyed. 

2. Kids Eat Free Policy

• One (1) kid aged below 12 eats FREE with every one (1) paying adult. 
• Proof of age may be requested upon entry.
•  Additional kid will be charged at RM13.31 per pax. 

3. Buffet Availability

• Buffet is available only at participating Pizza Hut outlets. 
•  Buffet session start from 6.30pm - 8.30pm.

4. Menu & Service

• Buffet menu refer to the highlight above.
•  Menu items are subject to change without prior notice base on availability.

5. General

• This event is strictly for dining inside the selected Pizza Hut restaurant only.
• The original ID and confirmation email are required for registration. 
• No takeaway or food packing is allowed from the buffet.
• Wasting food is discouraged. Pizza Hut reserves the right to impose additional charges in case of excessive wastage. 
• Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited,
•  Pizza Hut Malaysia reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion or its terms without prior notice. 
• Pizza Hut may cancel your reservation at any time, without assigning any reasons and without prior notice, without any liability to you or any other person. 
• In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for a new reservation event date within the promotion period, unless otherwise notified.
• Attendees are responsible for ensuring their own discernment of potential allergens in the food provided. Pizza Hut will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or related concerns. 

6. Photography & Media

• By attending the event, you agree that photos or videos taken during the buffet may be used for marketing purposes by Pizza Hut Malaysia. 

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy, and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos, and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

• Information is collected from those registering with Ticket2u to facilitate ticketing or other available services. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• The information collected from those registering with Ticket2u for marketing promotions will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the registrant provides consent to Ticket2u/Event Organiser/Venue for processing their information and permits sponsors, partners, and/or authorized parties to contact the registrant for future marketing materials and communications regarding events, promotions, and other marketing activities.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

• Pizza Hut Malaysia does not warrant or represent that your access to the website’s service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, data, content, or other material accessible in connection with the service will be accurate or free of computer viruses, bugs, or other harmful components. 
• The website’s service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and the Pizza Hut Malaysia disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including but not limited to warranties as to fitness for purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or proprietary rights, or compatibility between the service and any software or hardware.
• You accept all risks and responsibilities for your use of the website’s service, including the submission of any personal or financial information.
