Tickets:

  • Admission for 1 pax per ticket to 1 bike spot at the purchased ride class at TRIBEOUT: The Crossover Ride. (General Admission)

  • Prices are inclusive 8% SST, subjected to 5% Ticket2u Processing Fee.

  • Tickets cannot be cancelled, changed or be refunded. All orders are final and refunds are only issued if a session is cancelled.

  • Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the scheduled session and present your e-ticket with QR code during check-in to the registration front desk.

  • You can only select your spot on the event day itself. Please note that the spot is assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, and we will not allow you to book the spot on behalf of your friend. We highly encourage you to come early so that you can get your preferred spot on the event day.

Late Policy:

If you are running late, please contact us at +6016-2545833 and let us know. We will hold your reservation for up to 10 minutes after the class starts. If the reserved class has been running for more than 10 minutes, we will open up the spots for those who are in the waitlist (if any).

Spinning Shoes:

Spinning shoes will be provided on a complimentary basis on the event day. If you have your own spinning shoes, you are welcomed to bring your own but please note that it may not be compatible with our Stages bikes.

I, including on behalf of other participants that I am helping to register for this Event ("We"), acknowledge that by signing below, that I/we am legally agreeing to the statements in the following Release and Waiver of Liability, and Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement.

  1. I/WE HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT.  I/WE understand and acknowledge that there may be risk in the classes attended, and I/We assume the risk of participating under these circumstances. I/We also assume any and all other risks associated with participating in this Event, including but not limited to the following: falls, dangers of collisions with other participants, and fixed objects; the dangers arising from surface hazards, equipment failure, inadequate safety equipment; and hazard that may be posed by spectators or volunteers; and weather. I/We further acknowledge that these risks include risks that may be the result of negligent acts, omissions, and/or carelessness of the event organizer. I/We understand that I/We will be participating in the Event at my own risk, that I/We am responsible for the risk of participation in the Event.

  2. I/WE WAIVE, RELEASE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the event organizer, event sponsors, event promoters, event officials, event staff, advertisers, property owners, volunteers, administrators, contractors, vendors, volunteers, all other persons or entities involved with the Event ("Released Parties"), from any and all claims, liabilities of every kind, demands, damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential), losses (economic and non-economic), and causes of action, of any kind or any nature.

  3. I/WE AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, and HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from any and all expenses incurred, Claims made by me or other individuals or entities, for liabilities assessed against the Released Parties, my breach or failure to abide by any part of this Agreement, my breach or failure to abide by any of the Event rules and information, and/or my/our actions or inactions which cause injury or damage to any other person.

  4. I/We hereby grant to the event organizer the right, permission, and authority to use my/our name, image, voice, and/or likeness, without compensation, captured during the Event, for any purpose whatsoever.

  5. I/We hereby grant to the event organiser, event sponsors, its agent(s) and/or contractor(s) to collect, process, organise and retain personal data relating to that Participant (“Personal Data”). My/our Personal Data shall be used by the event organiser and/or event sponsors for the purpose of:
    i. Marketing – sending communication materials to the Participant, including but not limited to, direct mailers, emails, short messaging service and/or telephone calls.
    ii. Statistical analysis for planning and improvement of the Event.

  6. I/We acknowledge and agree that the event organizer, in its sole discretion, may delay or cancel the Event if it believes the conditions on the Event day are unsafe. In the event the Event is delayed or cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to acts of God or the elements (including without limitation, wind, rain), public disaster, flood, venue conditions, or any other cause beyond the control of event organizer there shall be no refund of the participation fee or any other costs incurred in connection with the Event.

  7. I/We understand that event organizer reserves the right, in its sole and complete discretion, to deny entry, revoke the entry application of any applicant at any time, and/or to disqualify any individual from the Event. Applicant expressly waives any claim for damages arising from the denial or revocation of an entry application.

  8. I acknowledge that safety precautions undertaken by organizers (such as class supervision, event rules and the class briefings) are a service to me and other competitors but are not a guarantee of safety. I accept that I have an important responsibility to carefully read and listen to all class briefings and to immediately seek clarification on anything which is not entirely clear to me.

  9. I understand that I am fully responsible for the security of my personal possessions at the event.

What should I expect the classes to be like?

  • You can expect the same TRIBE energy and vibe you’ve come to know and love! 9 rounds and 45-minute indoor spinning classes will be held in a nightclub with TRIBE star-studded instructors. Be prepared to have lots of fun and a sweat-dripping workout with curated playlists including Malaysia’s first kinetic LED lighting and a state-of-the-art Tecnare sound system.


Where is the class going to be held?

  • The class will be held inside Pitt Club KL. Please insert Pitt Club in Waze or Google Maps. Upon arrival, you may park your car in the Basement Car Park or opt for the Valet Service. 


Will I be provided spinning shoes?

  • You will be using the Stages Indoor Spinning Bikes for the workout and we will be providing Spinning shoes before the commencement of the class. Please be informed that we will not have socks available for the event; as such it is required for you to bring a pair of socks along.


What do I wear and bring along?

  • Wear sportswear and socks that you find comfortable. And bring along your spinning shoes (if you have your own one), towel, drinking water for your comfort and hydration. If you do not have a pair of spinning shoes, you may rent it from us. Even lockers and storage space are available at the venue for a fee, we highly encourage you to bring only essential items and carry everything that you bring with you.


What do I do when I arrive at the venue?

  • You are required to check-in and gear up before you proceed to the class. No exception will be given even if you are running late. The class instructor will make an announcement when the class is about to start.


Can I pre-book my spot?

  • You can only pick your spot on the event day itself upon check-in, on a first-come-first-served basis. We will not allow you to pre-book the spot on behalf of your friend. We highly encourage you to come early so that you can get your preferred spot on the event day.


What is the max capacity per session?
  • There are 32/33 spots per session.


How do I get to Pitt Club KL?

  • Please enter "Pitt Club KL" in Waze or Google Maps. Upon arrival, you may park your car at the Basement Car Park or opt for the Valet Service. To ease the inconvenience, we recommend taking e-hailing rides to the venue and getting the driver to drop you at the designated drop-off area.


Can I still buy tickets if the class is no longer listed on the site?
  • If a session is no longer listed on the site, it means the session is fully booked and there are no more tickets available.


Can I buy the ticket on the spot?
Yes, you can, but only if there are spots available in the class. We cannot guarantee availability, so we encourage you to book in advance.

When should I arrive?

  • Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes before the scheduled session to give yourself ample time to locate us, check-in and gear up (our Front-of-House will help you to gear up if you are unsure how to do so).


What if I'm late for the class?

  • If you are running late, please contact us at +6016-2545833 and let us know. We will hold your reservation for up to 10 minutes after the class starts. If the reserved class has been running for more than 10 minutes, we will open up the spots for those on the walk-in waitlist (if any). 


Can I make changes to my booking / cancel my booking / get an exchange or refund?
  • Unfortunately, once your booking is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. All orders are final, and refunds are only issued if a session is cancelled. However, if you wish to transfer the ticket ownership to your friend / partner, please let us know by emailing your guest’s details (full name as per NRIC, NRIC no, email address and contact number) to [email protected] 

I didn't manage to get a ticket for the class. Can I still enter the club and hang out with the TRIBERs?
  • Even if you didn't get a class ticket, you can still join the event and hang out at the common area.


Can I leave Pitt Club KL after the class and then come back to Pitt Club KL?
  • Yes, you can. You will be given a chop upon check-in, which grants you access to Pitt Club on that day. Just make sure you do not remove the chop indication on your hand if you wish to reenter to Pitt Club KL later.


Will free drinks be provided at the event?

  • Unfortunately, free drinks will not be provided at the duration of classes. All food and drink orders will be at your own expense.


Is there an age limit for entry to Pitt Club KL?

  • Yes, entry is restricted to members aged 21 and above, in accordance with Pitt Club KL's policy.


I bought a ticket to the Day 2 event. Can I join the Day 1 event with my Day 2 ticket?

  • Each ticket only grants access to the club for one session of the class. If you wish to join the class on Day 1, you will need to purchase a valid ticket for Day 2 of the specific class.


Are lockers available at Pitt Club KL?
Yes, lockers are available for use and rent at a fee of:

We are a community-based boutique gym founded in 2018 at Arcoris Mont Kiara and expanded to Tropicana Gardens Mall in Sept 2020. We offer a music-driven fitness experience set against a backdrop of curated playlist, surround-sound music system and immersive lights — in a fight club meets nightclub atmosphere. Our classes incorporate elements of Boxing and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to provide members with a total body workout. We believe that boxing should be made for anyone of all ages, fitness level and boxing abilities.
