Terms and Condition
PDPA Consent Clause

a) Little Agent On Mission Impossible ("Event") is organized by At Event Quest Sdn Bhd ("Organizer"). The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of the online ticket purchase service provided by the Organizer for the Event and facilitated through the Ticket2u platform ("Platform”) and apply to any person who purchase any online tickets for the Event using the Platform and any person who attends the Event.
b) For the purpose of the Terms and Conditions, the term “we”, “us”, “our” or “Organizer” shall refer to At Event Quest Sdn Bhd and the term “you”, “your” or “Participant” shall refer to any person who purchase any online tickets for the Event using the Platform and any person who attends the Event.
c) By purchasing tickets through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of the Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Platform for ticket purchases.

1. Ticket Purchase
a) All ticket prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.
b) You must be at least 18 years old with a valid identification document for any purchase of the tickets for the Event.
c) Ticket for the Event can be purchased online through the Platform. You shall provide accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. You shall be responsible for ensuring that the Participant’s information is accurate, remains up to date and not misleading. All tickets are subject to availability and will be limited based on the capacity of the venue.
d) Upon successful completion of the ticket purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR ticket number. Please contact us immediately should you fail to receive the said confirmation email.

2. Entry and Attendance
a) Tickets bought online are valid for the Event and date specified on the tickets. The tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.
b) You must present the valid ticket that you received via email (either a printed copy or electronic version) along with a valid identification document at the counter to gain entry to the Event.
c) We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation from time to time for verification purposes.
d) In the event that the tickets are tampered, or duplicate tickets are presented, you may be refused entry.
e) No request to change the validity date of the tickets shall be entertained.
f) No exchange, refund, replacement and/or extension will be made under any circumstances. No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
g) We reserve the right at our sole discretion to amend, revise, supplement, vary, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time by publishing the latest version of the Terms and Condition in the Platform without prior notice.
h) We reserve the right at our sole discretion to make changes to the Event, including but not limited to the date, time, venue or program without any prior notice. Such changes will be communicated through the Platform or other designated appropriate channels.
i) We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event or any activities during the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, technical malfunction, maintenance, or any other reason at the sole discretion of the Organizers without prior notice and no refund will be given.
j) We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse entry or remove the Participant from the Event who violates the Terms and Conditions, poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others, or engages in any inappropriate or illegal behavior.
k) It is your responsibility to check prior to purchase of the tickets that the information supplied in respect of the tickets are accurate. If inaccurate information is supplied this may result in voiding of the tickets.
l) We reserve the right at our sole discretion to terminate, reject or suspend your access to the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice for any breach of the Terms and Conditions.

3. Event Rules and Regulations:
a) By attending the Event, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the rules and regulations set out in item 11 or at the Event by the Organizer or venue management ("Rules and Regulations”). Failure to comply may result in your removal from the Event without refund.
b) Participation in certain activities in the Event may involve inherent risks, by attending the Event, you assume all risks associated with the activities and acknowledge that the Organizer, venue management, and their respective agents, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the Event.
c) All attendees are subjected to and shall abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and the rules and regulations set out in the Rules and Regulations or at the Event by the Organizer or venue management.

4. Force Majeure
a) The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay in performance or non-performance of any of their obligations under the Terms and Conditions to the extent that the delay or nonperformance is due to any event or circumstances beyond their control (i.e. event of force majeure) (including without limitation to acts of God, war, threat of war, act of terrorism, interruption of traffic, movement control or restriction, strikes, lock-out, inclement weather, natural disasters, epidemic, pandemic, fires, floods, malicious damage, breakdown of internet service, governmental order, mechanical, electronic or communications failures or degradations).
b) Upon the occurrence of an event of force majeure, the Organizer may at its sole discretion fully or partially suspend or discontinue the Event, and the Organizer shall not be liable to the Participant for any loss, damage, penalty, demand, claim, fines, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by any person.

5. Intellectual Property
a) All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and any other proprietary rights related to the Event, its name, logo, and content, belong solely to the Organizer and/or its affiliates. You agree not to use or reproduce any such intellectual property without prior written consent of the Organizer.

6. Liability and Disclaimers
a) By attending the Event, you acknowledge and assume any and all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
b) The Organizer shall not be liable to the Participant or any living things for any injury, loss or damage of whatsoever or howsoever suffered or incurred (including without limitation any negligence or omission caused by or attributable to the Organizer and/or the event management) by the Participant or any persons as a result of participation or nonparticipation or animals in the Event.
c) You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, event management, and their respective agents, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection anyway connected with any claim that the Participant may have under the Terms and Conditions.

7. Governing Law
The Terms and Conditions and the Rules and Regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

8. Severability
If any provision in the Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Entire Agreement
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer regarding the online ticket purchase for the Event and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

10. Use of Personal Data
a) By participating in the Event, the Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Participant has read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Organizer's privacy notice and the Participant hereby expressly agrees and consents to the Organizer to collecting, using, disclosing, storing and processing the Participant’s personal data in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
b) In the event the Participant provides or makes available to the Organizer any personal data relating to any third parties, the Participant represents that the Participant has obtained the third parties’ consent or otherwise entitled to provide the information to the Organizer and for the Organizer to use, disclose, store and process the information in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Notice. The Participant also agrees to ensure that such information of the third parties is accurate and to update the Organizer in writing in the event of any material changes to such information. The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Participant’s access to the Event or participation in the Event should such consent be withdrawn by any of the third parties.

11. Rules and Regulations
11.1 Admission to Event
a. Ticket purchase
i. Online ticket purchases.
b. Children
i. Children must always be accompanied at all times by a supervising adult all the time.

11.2 Prohibited items
a. No drugs or alcohol.
b. No illegal, hazardous or combustible items or any other items deemed unsafe or disruptive by the Organizer or venue management.

11.3 Health and hygiene
a. Do not participant in the Event or any activities in the Event if you are feeling ill or have communicable diseases.
b. The Participant warrants that he/she is in good physical condition and is able to safely participate in the Event. The Participant is fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in participating in the Event, including the possibilities of serious physical trauma, injury or death.

11.4 Responsible and safe conduct
a. No running at the Event and be mindful when walking as the floors can be slippery.
b. Offensive, aggressive or abusive or unruly behavior and profanity is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Participant may be asked to leave the Event without a refund.
c. At all times act in a responsible manner and refrain from doing anything which poses a risk to yourself and others.
d. To dispose of all rubbish and refuse promptly and properly at the rubbish bin allocated at the Event.
e. Not to tamper with or misuse any of the equipment or fixtures and fittings installed at the Event, failing which you will liable for the cost of total repair or replacement of the equipment or fixtures and fittings.

11.5 Personal belongings
a. The Organizer will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings.

11.6 Appropriate attire
a. We encourage casual / sports attire. We do recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

11.7 Photography and video recording
a. We may take images and videos of anyone at Event and use them for any purpose including marketing, promotion, safety and security or for news reporting. By purchasing the tickets, you agree for such images to be used at our sole discretion.
b. All copyright to all such materials shall belong exclusively to the Organizer without any compensation or other consideration to anyone whose image has been captured.

11.8 Other prohibited activities
a. No smoking of cigarettes including e-cigarettes.
b. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted.
c. No form of businesses is to be conducted.
d. No distribution of any form of material.
