To ensure the efficient processing of your registration, we kindly request that you take the necessary time to provide accurate and complete responses to all required details and to submit all important documents as specified. Your thoroughness in this process is greatly appreciated. You will be contacted by an administrator within 1 to 3 working days with instructions on how to proceed with the booth rental payment.

BOOTH RENTAL NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY: Please be advised that booth rental fees are non-refundable, except in the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of the event.
Rental Rate : RM6000 for 2 days (RM400 advance deposit to secure booth before 15 May 2025, RM200 remaining to pay 7 days before event start)
Cleaning and Hygiene Management Fee : A mandatory charge for cleaning is included with the rental will be applied to all vendors. This fee covers the provision of standby cleaning personnel, cleaning solutions, waste containers (skip), and portable toilets for vendor use throughout the event.
EVENT ORGANIZER RIGHTS & VENDOR AGREEMENT : MANDATORY.KL & RMF reserves the right to implement necessary last-minute modifications and make final decisions regarding booth placement, event date and time, and booth material selection due to unforeseen circumstances.
BOOTH TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION POLICY : Vendors are strictly prohibited from transferring, assigning, or subletting their designated booth placement to another brand or business without the explicit written approval of MANDATORY.KL & RMF.
SECURITY & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER : Vendors are responsible for ensuring the security and safety of their booth, property, products, and employees throughout the event. MANDATORY.KL & RMF assumes no liability for the security of these items or personnel.
The initial payment (deposit) with the total of RM400.00 must be made no later than 15 May 2025, and the full/final payment with the total of RM200.00 by 24 May 2025.
Failure of the vendor to make payment before the aforementioned dates will result in the IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of the vendor's participation. For vendors who withdraw 1 week before the event (24 May 2025), the deposit rental fee will NOT BE REFUNDED. For vendors who withdraw on the day of the event without informing the organizer, the rental fee will NOT BE REFUNDED, and a penalty of RM 500.00 will be imposed.
