General Sales Conditions 

1. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only. 
2. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.

3. Adult Ticket holders are responsible to take note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on minimum children admission age.

4. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price inclusive of handling fee ticketing fee & etc.

5. For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to TEN (10) tickets per transaction. 

6. Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you does not share to any other third party 

7. For those who purchase on behalf for your friend/family please make sure the ticket only given to the right person.

8. For multiple ticket purchaser, you are solely responsible for all the ticket under your purchase. 

9. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited except for designated area only.

10. In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorized personnel in order to be registered. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserve the right to request for further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for hall entry.

11. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time. 

12. Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse ticket holder to entry the hall. 

13. Third party are not allowed to entry the event hall.

14. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket. 

15. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticket2u reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold. 

16. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. 

17. if in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are require showing the prove of purchase, if fail to provide require evident, no entry will be allowed.

18. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.

19. Information is collected from those registering with ticket2u in order to facilitate ticket or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Private Policy. 

20. The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provide his/her consent to ticket2u / concert organiser in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorised parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities.

21. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission

    • Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”), Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.

    • In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to, and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.

22. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Ticket will be rendered as invalid if resold. 

23. Weather condition 

    • If this is an indoor event , it will not be impacted by raining.

    • If this is an outdoor event , it might be under raining - Rain coat will be available for purchase on the venue. 

    • The show will continue if there are raining .

24. Delay & Postponement

    • Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below.

    • In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

25. Cancellation 

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

    • In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances 

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

26. Consent

    • During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.

27. Assumption of Risk

    • The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

28. Changes to Event

    • Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists / performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice. 

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

29. Recording/ Audiotaping

    • No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event.

30. Amendments

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

General Sales Conditions for Fun Run

Important Notice

Participants are advised to read the following Important Notice, Terms & Conditions and Official Rules carefully before the race.

Participants are advised to solicit medical advice from doctor if they are in doubt of their health condition prior to taking part in the race.

All entry fees are non-refundable and the Organizer retains the right to refuse entry to anyone declaring false information on their entry form, not making the required payment, or otherwise failing to meet the stated entry requirements.

Registration

1. Registration can be made through https://www.ticket2u.com.my
2. Successful participants MUST collect their race bib number, race shirt, and souvenirs (“Race Kit”) (in person or via an authorized person) by presenting the copy of Official Receipt and identity card (as stated in the official receipt).

Pictures and Documentation

The Organizer shall be entitled to use pictures and documentation of the Participants taken during the event for purposes related with the event or any future events.

Amendments / Reservations / Acknowledgment

1. Organizer reserves the right to modify, supplement or waive all or part of the event rules.
2. Failure to follow these event rules, as may be amended, will result in immediate disqualification.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without any notice once the race quota is full.
2. Entry forms will only be processed upon receipt of full payment of entry fee.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without reason.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to contact and to interview applicants by phone or otherwise for additional information required for matters relating to their applications.
5. Entry fees are non-refundable. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entries once the entry is accepted if any applicants provide false information, do not make the required payment, or fail to meet entry requirements as stated in the entry form.
6. Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer (including heavy rain, thunder storm or disaster, public rally), no refund of the entry fee will be made and the Organizer shall have no further responsibility and/or liability thereafter.
7. Running is not a ‘free risk’ sport and therefore each runner must ensure his/her health condition is fit before participating and during the race.  Each runner shall be responsible with his/her own health/condition. The Organizer shall be responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race due to gross negligence of the Organizer.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to disallow/ disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event. Should a runner get injured during the race, on case by case basis as recommended by medical team as appointed by the Organizer to monitor the race, such runner may be treated in hospital as designated by the Organizer with a treatment cost not exceeding the amount agreed by the Organizer and the relevant hospital. circumstances.
9. The organizer and its agents will not be held responsible for any issues relating to parking at the venue.  Participants are advised to follow the instructions given by traffic personnel for proper parking. The organizer and its agent will not be held responsible due to losses suffered in the event of break ins or vandalism to the vehicles of participants.  Proper vigilance must be exercised by all participants when parking their vehicles.

General Rules And Regulations

All participants must agree to the rules and regulations before registering for the race:

• The minimum age for participation is 5 years old at the date of the event. No pets, or any form of wheel-run objects of transport e.g. inline skates, prams, strollers, push cars, shoes with built-in or attached rollers are not allowed on the course during the race except official race and medical vehicles. Organiser reserves the right to remove participants who fail to adhere to the stipulated rules and regulations from the race route immediately.

Participant Waiver

1. By participating I/we accept all risks necessarily resulting from my participation, which would result in loss of life or permanent injury. Accordingly, I will not hold liable all people associated with the conduct of events and will release them against all matters arising from my participation in event. For clarification, the people released include event organisers, promoters, sponsors, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors and volunteers including event medical and paramedical personnel and every personnel invited and asked to be involved in the event by the organisers. This release and indemnity continues forever and binds my heirs, executors, personal representatives, and assignees.
2. I/we understand that I park my vehicle at my own risk and assume organisers to not hold any responsibility for loss of or damage to my vehicle.
3. I/we acknowledge that the event involves real risk of serious injuries, or risk of death, from various causes including overexertion, equipment failure, dehydration, accidents with other competitors, spectators, and road users, the course and weather conditions, just to name a few.
4. I/we understand that I should not participate in the event unless I have prepared appropriately and my physical condition has been verified by a medical practitioner.
5. I/we understand that the information that I have provided herein will be included in the organizer's database. I also understand that information of a biological nature including my name, date of birth, home state, results, career highlights and interests may be released to the media in response to general requests.
6. I/we agree to abide by all the Rules of organisers which relate, in part, to safe and fair sporting practices.
7. I/we grant organisers unconditional rights to use at their discretion photographic pictures and personal information in any form of media, art, advertising, trade, visual documentary, promotional material, merchandise or film coverage of any kind without compensation to me. I also waive the right to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied.
8. I/we have permission from my family and related sport associations to compete in this event.
