How to join SAFI’s 72-Hours Sweat Challenge

• Step 1: Purchase any Safi Shayla or Safi Hijabista product (no minimum spend)

• Step 2: Submit your receipt to claim one pickleball slot booking (per receipt).

• Step 3: Each booking slot is valid for 2 players — bring a friend along!

• Step 4: Your slot gives you 1 hour of court time, where you’ll be paired with another girls’ pair for a fun match.

• Step 5: Limited slots available — first come, first served!

Important Booking Information

• Confirmation of booking will be sent after receipt verification, along with a QR Code for on-site registration.

• Each booking is final; no rescheduling allowed.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session for check-in and registration.

• Organizers may adjust session times, activities, or entitlements without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Terms & Conditions: SAFI 72-Hour Sweat Challenge

1. Event Participation

• All participants must present their Check-In QR code at the registration counter to receive their 72-Hour Sweat Challenge Kit. 

• Please arrive at the event venue at least 15 minutes prior to your registered time slot to complete the check-in and registration process.

• Participants who arrive late may not be permitted to take part in the challenge. Your punctuality ensures a fair and timely experience for everyone involved.

• Each registered slot entitles participation for up to two (2) individuals. Both individuals must check in together under the same registration to be eligible.

• Purchase receipt period - 1st June till 6th July 2025

2. Attire and Equipment

• Participants must wear sportswear appropriate for physical activity with suitable sports shoes & must be modest. 

• Paddles & Balls for the activity will be provided by the organizers. Participants are advised to bring their own towels and water bottles.

• The organizing team reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who fails to comply with the event’s attire requirements or safety standards. This is to ensure the safety, comfort, and fairness of all participants.
  
  

3. Health and Safety

• All participants are expected to be in good physical health and condition to safely engage in the activities involved in the 72-Hour Sweat Challenge.

• Participation in this event is voluntary and at your own risk.

• If you have any existing or pre-existing medical conditions (including but not limited to asthma, heart conditions, injuries, or other health concerns), it is strongly advised that you consult a medical professional before participating.

• In case of any discomfort or emergency, please alert the nearest event staff immediately.

• The organizers, including all affiliated partners, sponsors, staff, and volunteers, will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, medical conditions, health complications, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with your participation in this event.

• By joining the activity, participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own health and well-being throughout the duration of the event.

4.  Personal Belongings

• Participants are responsible for the security of their personal items.

• The organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings brought to the event site.

4. Liability Waiver

• Participants hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, damage, or health-related issues sustained during or as a result of participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
  
  

5. 72-Hour Sweat Challenge Kit Collection

• 72-Hour Sweat Challenge Kits will only be distributed to registered participants who present their Check-In QR code at the registration counter on the event day.

• Lost or unclaimed kits will not be reissued or mailed after the event.

6. Photography & Media

• By attending this event, you grant permission to the organizers, sponsors, and authorized media to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture your participation.

• These images, videos, and recordings may be used, without further notice or compensation, for promotional, marketing, editorial, or educational purposes in any form of digital or printed media, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and press materials

7. Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow instructions given by event staff at all times.

• Any behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate may result in immediate removal from the event, disqualification from activities, and forfeiture of any entitlements 

8. Cancellation & Changes

• The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• Any changes or important announcements will be communicated via the official SAFI Social Media accounts and/or registered email addresses. Participants are encouraged to check these regularly before the event.
